"I'm surprised you actually linked with a nigga." Clarence said as he sat at his desk

I was actually nervous apart of me was worried and knew that doing this was wrong and then the other part was thinking about the money.

How I was tired of struggling about how I was tired of Lamara not living her best life.

"Yea I thought about it and I actually miss you too Clare." That was true I missed the relationship we had

But he doesn't need to know about Lamara. Especially since he is still in the drug business.

"King the connect is here." I listened in

"Send him in. Britt step outside real quick, then we can get some to eat."

I got up and making sure I planted my mic when no one was looking.

I went to the living room and I seen Dro. I tried to slip on my hat to hide my face in time but it was too late.

"Hey Dro."

"Whatcha doing here?" Before I could answer Clare arm was around me

"Ohh shit King this you?" He laughed

"Jalisa said you been MIA." I said cutting him off because he was gonna bring up Lamara

"I'm on my way over there now."

"You ready?" Clarence said looking down at me

We made it to one of my favorite restaurants, Benna's Kitchen. I don't even remember the last time i step foot in here.

I tucked my hair behind my ear as I looked through the menu. But I felt Clarence staring a hole in my face.

"I hate when you do that." I said slightly giggling

"I know , your hair has grown since I last saw you."

"Yea finna cut it again. It's—-"

"Hey King. Why haven't you came over?" This bimbo came over with a pad and pen in her hand

"I know you see me with my ole lady and you being disrespectful, get out orders or get to stepping." He said putting her in place

And honestly this feeling of jealousy came over me. Ion know why but I hated to see her flaunting over Clare.

I looked through the menu and his phone began to ring. I saw that it was 'Black'.

"Speak." He said and I reached behind my hair turning on the mic to hear his phone conversation

"I have 50 kilos ready to be shipped out to the bay and dealt."
