The wind of the spring brushed past the leaves and flowers, as the sun rose for the start of a day.

There was a young man in a simple white shirt, whose features gave a look of being both handsome and beautiful, walking along the way with a small backpack on his shoulders.

The breeze teased his raven hair, and with every single step, he looked rather like rushing.

After about ten minutes, he stopped in front of a one-storey building labelled on the board as 'Pil Recording Studio', and he entered it, being welcomed by a young man of his own age.

"Jinyoung, good morning. Shall we have breakfast together?"

He stood up and kissed Jinyoung on the cheek, when the latter stood in front of him.

"Yes, I haven't had any breakfast. I almost rushed here. Go somewhere and eat something?"

"I have brought some rice cakes and coffees. We can have them here."

Jinyoung nodded, and Wonpil placed the food on the table, before sitting down as well beside Jinyoung.

"Should I feed you?"

Wonpil took one rice cake and fed Jinyoung. The latter smiled, chewing the rice cake.

Wonpil had always been a gentle boyfriend to him. He was always kind, considerate and honest. How could someone have such a tender heart? That was what Jinyoung had always wondered since the day he met Wonpil, which was two years ago, and till now.

"What things today?"

"First, there is this song composed last Friday, and we need to edit some lyrics as the last touch. Then Jae will be here afternoon, and have a look at it."

They cleared the table, and brought the dishes to the basin at the back of the room.

After doing the dishes, they prepared to get down to work. The studio was tidy and well kept, with the necessary equipments placed orderly there. Wonpil had founded this studio three years ago, not long after he had graduated a degree from the college. Even though he had majored in business, he ended up being a composer and possessing his own studio.

One year later, with a friend introducing them, Jinyoung, who had passion in composing, started to work with Wonpil. The latter always said that it was a blessing when they met under this roof of the studio, for the first time. They both had the same passion in music and were content with this career. Some of the songs they had composed and were sung by some famous singers, were popular and hit ones.

Wonpil believed that Jinyoung was the one who could understand him the most in everything, after two years of them being work-partners and nearly one year of being boyfriends.

He was certain that his love for Jinyoung was love at first sight. When he confessed to Jinyoung after about eight months of knowing each other, Jinyoung did not accept him. Jinyoung was polite but insisted that he did not see Wonpil more than just a friend or colleague.

That broke his heart but still he had that strange hope that Jinyoung would reciprocate his feelings one day, and he just needed to be patient enough to wait for that day.

Jinyoung was never sure, even till now, whether he really loved Wonpil or not. The latter was persistent in displaying his love for Jinyoung, even after the rejection. Jinyoung was left with no doubt that Wonpil really loved him, and somehow admired Wonpil's devoted love toward him.

There was no awkwardness between them even after the painful rejection. Wonpil could always handle everything well. He managed there was no disagreeable tension between them, no matter what had happened between them. And yet he still made sure his love for Jinyoung was so obvious and undoubted in the latter's view.

There were a lot of things Jinyoung admired about Wonpil. After about four months of the unnameable relationship between them, they came to the term of boyfriends.

Jinyoung was content in his relationship with Wonpil, even when he had only a vague idea of whether what he felt for Wonpil, could be love or not, for Wonpil never disappointed him and he was pleasantly devoted to Jinyoung, understanding him very well and giving him comfort when he needed.

Everyone who knew them, always commented that they were a match made from heaven. They had the same passions and had a lot in common. Wonpil could be a little dry sometimes but he always made sure to be as caring and romantic as possible to Jinyoung.

Sometimes, he thought Jinyoung was less happier in their relationship than him. At first, it worried him, but Jinyoung was faithful to him and he trusted Jinyoung. And all those doubts were wiped away. Because Jinyoung was everything to him, and he would never let those doubts affect their relationship.

When they left the studio, it was already dark. Both of their places were near to the studio, and usually they just walked. Except those days when they had somewhere to go, mostly to the companies who would like to buy songs from them, either Wonpil or Jinyoung would bring the car.

Jinyoung lived in an apartment alone, and so did Wonpil in his own apartment. They had been lonely figures before they met, and that was also why they could understand each other well and were attached to each other even before they became boyfriends.

When they came to the point where they had to part, they always gave good-bye kisses to each other. It was always on the cheeks or foreheads. Wonpil was a gentle boyfriend but hardly a hot, wild and passionate one. He was often shy to give an intimate, open-mouth kisses to Jinyoung. But Jinyoung never minded it, and that was also one of the personalities of Wonpil he liked the most. Wonpil's simplicity, instead of annoying him, calmed him the most.
