Chapter 7 (Loki is Here To.. Make Amends..?)

Jess's P.O.V

I looked at my dad, "Dad, relax okay?" I said. He just stared with Stormbreaker in his hand.

Sly looked terrified, until Tony spoke up. "Thor, please,"

Thor looked at him then to Sly, "Do you love my daughter?" he asks. He nodded. "I've loved her since we've met, I never got the chance to tell her but, now I did." Sly replied.

Thor turned to me, "Do you love him back?" I nodded. "Sly, I did end up having feelings for him, it heartbreaking when I had to leave," I stated. "But now, I feel like I-I can't be without him, he has saved me numerous times."

"C'mon Thor, my son is good enough for Jess," Tony pleaded.

"They do look perfect for each other, I'm sure he'll keep her safe." Nat smiled.

"Even though Tony is a Genius Billionaire Playboy Philanthropist," Said Steve. "Sly is a caring person just like his dad."

Thor simply smiled then looked to Sly, "If you love my daughter that well, you shall be with her," Sly smiled.

"But mark my words Sly Stark, if you hurt her heart—" "You are not going to hurt my son Thor!" Tony interrupted Thor, getting protective of him.

Sly held my hand, "Don't worry, I'll keep her safe," I smiled.

And with that, we all resumed talking, I was catching up with Castor, while the Avengers were talking and drinking.

*Time Skip to two a'clock in the morning*

Still Jess's P.O.V

I woke up, just so suddenly. I looked around and sighed softly. I got up and walked out of my room, closing the door gently behind me. I walked to the kitchen, passing Sly's room.

We let the rest of the Avengers rest in the spare bedrooms we had here in The Hall.

I grabbed a glass of water, then I felt like someone was watching me, I stood there, and glanced slightly, there was a figure in the Shadows.

I drank my water, pretending not to notice.

As I put my cup in the sink I felt a hand cover my mouth with a cloth and a arm around my waist, my eyes got heavier then darkness was starting to consume me.

I woke up in my bedroom and looks around, "What the—"

"Hello.. Jessica.." a voice spoke.

I looked over and my eyes widen, "L-Loki?!" I almost shouted.

He nodded, "Yes," he sighs.

"Why the hell are you here?!" I growled at him.

"To make amends.." he replied.

"Wh-What..?" I look at him confused.

"I've been working for The Black Order at the time.. I was forced to." He rubs his eyes. "I've never intended to hurt you, or your family.."

I look at him, about to talk but I let him continue.

"You May think I am tricking you, I am not.." He sighs. "Jessica, please, There was a reason.."

"And that reason is?" I glared at him.

"The infinity stones," he said. My eyes widen. "All six, is what the Leader of the Black Order wants.."

"All six.." I mumbled.

"I don't know what he wants with them, but—" he stops holding the scepter.

"Is that the—" Loki cut me off.

"Yes, the mind stone.." he looks at the scepter, and rips out the stone from its place.

"Lock me away if you wish, but, I need you, Jessica Odinson, my niece, my family to keep it safe." He says as he puts the stone in my hand and closes it.

I look at him, "Loki..?" He looks at me.

"Jessica, please just know I didn't want to hurt you, I was only forced to on my behalf." He sighs.

"I.. I believe you Loki," I say as I look at him.

He looks at me with tears in his eyes, he hugged me, "Finally.. someone who listens..." he smiled a little.

My eyes widen, and I hugged him back. "Loki..."

Even though Loki on the outside was a cruel, no hearted person. But, on the inside I know, he's a gentle caring person.

"It's Okay Uncle Loki.." he continue to hug him back.

As I said uncle, he hugged me tighter.

(Yesssss I know I haven't been updating and I deeply apologize for that T-T it's just been stressful and I have no excuse for that. Hopefully you enjoy this chapter, hopefully there will be another chapter!
