Jungkook wanted to keep his promise. To Taehyung and Yoongi.
Yes, lately Jungkook was a little jealous of Yoongi because he's got all of Tae's attention, but he still somewhat cared for the guy. They were still fiends. Kinda...?
So Jungkook had lied and said he was going to the gym, but really he was awkwardly walking up to Yoongi's rv door.
Jungkook knocked until Yoongi answered, looking Jungkook over before opening the door wider, "What are you doing here?"
"Uhh, I wanted to talk," Jungkook says, stepping inside.
Yoongi closes the door, "Okay. What about?" Yoongi crosses his arms.
Yoongi looked a little sickly. He was more pale than usual and had dark circles under his eyes. It looks like he hasn't slept much at all.
"Remember when I told you I owed you one?" Jungkook starts.
Yoongi shrugs, "No."
Jungkook sits down and Yoongi does the same. "Well, I told you I owe you one for saving Taehyung."
Yoongi just nods.
"I told you I can help find the guy who raped you."
Yoongi takes in a sharp breath and looks away. Jungkook watches him as Yoongi looks back at him and rubs his neck, "I don't think that's a good idea."
"And why not?" Jungkook asks.
"Because I can't handle that right now," Yoongi says, rubbing his eye, "I can't think of that again."
"But, you already are," Jungkook slowly realizes, "I mean, that's why this effects you so much."
Yoongi looks away because it was true.
Jungkook watches as Yoongi rubs his own arm for comfort. Jungkook thought that it was weird. This situation. He's never seen Yoongi as anything other than dangerous, but right now he looks broken and fragile. Like how Taehyung did.
"Let me help you," Jungkook says, "we can catch this shithead and you won't ever have to worry again."
Yoongi looks down and shrugs, "I don't know. I doubt we'll catch him."
"Let's try at least," Jungkook says.
Yoongi sighs, "I-I don't know..."
Jungkook leans forward some, "Look, you and Namjoon are getting more known. Your music video is out and it's getting a lot of attention. That guy will most likely see it soon enough and what's stopping him from finding you, huh?" Jungkook asks, making Yoongi looks up with fearful eyes.
Yoongi's hand was slightly shaking so Jungkook grabbed it, "Look at me," he demands. Yoongi does, "We got this, okay? We will find him and lock him up for good."
