TWENTY ONE / BBF

I take a deep breath in, and out.
There's a faint knock on the door and eventually it opens.

"Hey." I look up and see Kate smiling at me in my doorway.
I smile back at her and move a little so she can sit next to me.
"Are you okay? You seem a little off." She asks and rubs my arm.

"Yeah, I'm just a little worn out because of all the stress this past week." I sigh.

"Yeah, I heard you talking about that boy who just broke up with you. It must be hard." Kate side smiles. I nod and look up.

"Weird question? Have you and Grayson had sex yet? Cause you have been together for awhile now." I smile, trying to hide my other emotions. She sighs.

"Yes once. But it was 6 months ago and every time I bring it up, he changes the subject. The only thing we do is make out or atleast give eachother a hickey now and than. I wish he could be more playfully though. I would like rough sex or everytime he gives me a hickey or a kiss that he would wisper 'mine'." She smiles and looks down.
All those this she just wished he would do.., he did them with me.

"And to be honest I'm getting a bit tired of waiting. We're both 19 and we've been together for 10 months, does he even love me?" Kate looks down.

"Did you guys say that to eachother yet?" I ask, hoping the answer is no.

"We did." She smiles and my face drops.

"It was nice having a girl to talk to." She smiles. "I'm gonna go back downstairs." She smiles and leaves.

Immediately when she leaves I lose it.
They had sex.
They said I love you.

I lean back against my headboard and grab my pillow. I put it between my legd and my chest and hide my face in it, sobbing louder by the second.

"Hey- Oh Sofia.." he says. I hear footsteps leading to my bed and he sits next to me.
His arms envelope me and I sob in his arms.
"What's wrong?"

"It's just s..so hard." I sob. His arms grab on me tighter.

"Shhh." He sushes in my hair.

"Sorry Jake, it's just all too much." I say and pull away from the hug. I dry my tears and lay my pillow back in it's place.
"Night." I sigh. I close my eyes and immediately fall asleep.

Grayson's pov

"Gray, babe." Kate sighs as she walks downstairs and Jake crosses her on his way upstairs.

"Yes?" I look up and smile.

"What about when we get home, we take a romantic bath and I will try on some new lingery." Kate bites her lip.

"I'm really tired from the flight." I lie.

"Grayson, you always make up excuses when I want to have sex.. We had sex once and that was 6 months ago! And everytime I bring it up you change the subject or say no." She crosses her arms, getting a little mad.

"Listen, I'm really tired okay?" I sigh and lay down on the couch. I get comfortable and hear Kate huffing and than the door closes, she's probably on her way to my house.

Jake walks downstairs and enters the kitchen.

"I'm gonna leave soon Jake." I say.

"Okay." He shouts. I get up and quietly walk upstairs. I enter Sofia's room and see she's asleep. I get a little closer and kneel down next to her bed. I notice the dried tears under her eyes. Maybe she was just really tired, or sad about the break up with that Joey-guy. I lick my thumb and clean her cheeks.

"Goodnight Sofia." I wisper and kiss her forehead before walking out.

That girl will forever mean something to me.
And when we told eachother we will love eachother forever 2 years ago, I ment it.
Cause I still do.

And does Grayson loves her in a 'relationship' way?
