Tears flow down from her peach tinted cheeks,
pooling on her chest in the form of great lakes.
Day after day, the rivers grow more frequent.
Her mind crumbles, nearing the edge of insanity.
All she can do is wait out the storm,
and wait for a savior in the form of her mirror.
Great rumbles can be heard under the lakes, the sound of a heart cracking,
piece by piece as she waits for a piece of peace.
After all, no one's first heartbreak should come in the form of their parents.
