If only someone could stop the appearance of nightmares in our sleep, isn't the world enough to scare us. This is the first time that I'm dealing with a person having a nightmare and I really have no idea what to do. The only thing that I know is to talk to them slowly and massage their back so they can relax, which I learned from some movie by the way. I did the same and put his head in my lap. He held me tightly. Thank God this method worked, he was now relaxing. After a few minutes, he asked for water which I gave him and then continued slow taps on his back..

"Mom", he whispered.

What? Mom? I'm only 19! How can I be a Mom of this big gorilla!.

"Um.. yes honey", I replied trying not to sound annoyed.

"Don't go away Mom"

" I won't, I'm right here. Shush.."

"Mom, you look so funny when you lie"

Okay. This time he's calling me a liar. This is too much. Nobody calls me a liar, if they do, they're not fond of living this life anymore.

I looked down towards my lap where I saw his eyes open and already on me and he had a smile on his face. That was uncomfortably peaceful.

"Why were you lying?" He asked.

"You lied first", I say.

"Aha? When?", He replies, amusement dancing in his eyes.

"Well, you called me your mom which is basically a lie. So you're the one who lied. I was just trying to help you". I answered and my eyes were now in contact with his eyes.

"Thanks, and I'm sorry if I worried you. I don't know what happened to me. It was just a nightmare, I guess". He sat normally in the seat and broke the eye contact.

"It's okay Cole Victor Cole, don't be sorry it and yeah, you can thank me by getting me a chocolate.", I offered him another glass of water and give him back his blanket.

"Done, I'll get you two chocolates. Well, can you tell me for how long was I asleep?"  He asked.

"4 hours and our next stop is San Jose after an hour" I answered.

"Ohk.. if only this flight never lands" he said with the pain in his voice.

"Hey, don't say that!!" I lightly punched his arm and then added with fake anger, "I haven't seen my great grand children."

He looked at me, amused and then asked, "Where are you going?"

"Costa Rica".

"Me too."

"I don't want to go there but still I won't approve your wish" he chuckled at my reply.

"What's your name?" He asked and moved his head towards me.

"Oh.. Ohlivia.., you can call me livee"
I told him my name.

"Okay OHHlivia that's a nice name and  please call me Cole instead of Cole Victor Cole", he replied.

"Cole...Victor Cole", I giggled.

"Whatever" he said and hid his face in the blanket.

"Why were your undergarments in your handbag instead of suitcase" He asked, face still hiding beneath the blanket. And I know for sure, he was smirking inside that blanket.

Embarrassment creeped upon
me suddenly. He checked my bag. What if he has checked that diary too. The feeling of embarrassment was now turned into worry. My undergarments are not the problem but that diary is. Shit. Can this day get more frustrating.

"You went through my things, didn't you feel bad about that, has your mother not  taught you about not invading someone's privacy!?" I asked harshly.

"You forgot your bag, I needed to know about who you were, that's why I opened your bag, dumba$$." He  replied under the blanket without even caring about my attitude.

"What else did you see?" I asked warily.

"Don't worry, I didn't touch that diary because my mother did teach me not to invade someone's privacy, no matter how tough the situation is and I'm sure just like every other girl, your diary will be filled with 'oh my God, I met this boy" , 'dear diary I have had a bad day' and blah blah blah..." He said, making faces and hand gestures in the end.

If only he knew what's inside that diary, he wouldn't have dared to speak a single  word against it, I didn't say anything to him on this and decided to stay silent.

We were now standing at the local tuck shop of San Jose airport, he was buying me the chocolates he promised.

"Flavor?", He asked while scratching his nose. I don't know why but he looked really cute while doing that.

"Any", I shrugged.

"Two chocolates of any flavor and by 'any' I mean two chocolates of all the flavors present in your shop", He informed the shopkeeper, who was as shocked as me.

"I should have asked for ten chocolates instead of two if I knew you are this generous", I said pointedly. I mean who doesn't want every damn flavour of chocolate out there, that too for free.

"Who said that you're getting all of them? You're just getting two of them. Ohhh, wait.. you really thought I'm buying all these for you? Aww", he covered his mouth with his hands as if he didn't know about it.

"Prick", I muttered under my breath. To think he was so generous.

"Thanks", I said when he gave me the two chocolates. I mean I had to thank him, he did buy me two of them, at least.

We were waiting for chocolates when I saw a scene in the other corner of the lobby where two men were trying to harass a middle-aged woman. That poor woman was so scared she wasn't saying anything. One man was holding her hand tightly and the other one was saying something in her ears.

"Here, pick out your favorite two chocolates", Cole spoke.

I didn't reply to him and ran towards the woman, I needed to save her. I can't stand another woman being harassed. I heard Cole calling after me from behind but I ignored him and kept running as fast as possible. I'm not going to let this happen.

When I was about to reach them, that woman saw me and directly changed her face expressions and started laughing. The man let go of her hand and started caressing her cheeks.

What the!?

She must be afraid that's why she's acting like this , these men must have blackmailed that poor soul. I gathered up my courage and went near them and stood right in front of them.

"Let her go", I told those two men.

"Who are you, and why should I let my wife go", the one who was caressing her cheeks spoke.

"I said let her go or I'm going to call the cops", Well played you bald truck . He thinks I going to believe his lie. I stood firmly when I felt two hands on my back. And I knew who it was. Cole.

"Excuse me sir, can you please take your girlfriend from here, she's disturbing us," this time the woman spoke. But this time I noticed something that scared the hell out of me. The blade tattooed on the neck of that bald man. They're here.

The Blades.
