Rye's pov:
I woke up this mining because the boys and I were heading out for breakfast. I don't normal walk next to the boys but there was a secret that I kept hidden which made everything change.
The boys noticed I was walking beside them for once. Mikey asked me what I wanted for breakfast I answered for the first time " We could go to McDonalds" the boys just looked at me shocked that I actually said something.
Brook's pov:
As we were walking around trying to figer out what we wanted to eat, me and the boys noticed that Rye was walking next to us which is odd. Mikey decided to ask Rye what he wanted to eat, something even odder happened Rye actually answered instead of shrugging his shoulders.
We made it to McDonalds ordered our food then sat down. Me Rye and Jack was on our phones liking some fan posts whilst Mikey and Andy was talking. Rye then suddenly puts his phone down and looked at all of us, I noticed and put my phone down and asked him if he was ok he replyed saying he was and that he just wanted to apologise for never walking beside us or even talking to us. We all looked at each other then back at Rye, no one said anything because we were all confused so I broke the silence....
After we were done we walked out of McDonalds Rye then pulled me aside " what's up mate" " im fine i just wanted to say thank you for not being like angry because I never talked or anything" " don't worry about it, we're all mates here". Before we caught up with the boys Rye hugged me which was weird but I did something to me......
Rye then pulled away and smiled at me which was worst. God that smile is a killer. I smiled back and we carried on walking but I couldn't stop having this weird feeling in my stomach. We got back to the flat and the feeling was still there, Jack noticed I was acting weird.. " Brook can I talk to you for a sec" I followed Jack to the stairs and he asked me what was wrong. I told him everything that happened after what happened with Rye after we walked out of McDonalds.
"But why are you acting weird then".... " I have this weird feeling in my stomach after he hugged me".... " how does it feel"...." What do you mean".... " I mean is it and pain or is it like a peaceful feeling"... "it's a peaceful feeling. Why?"... " I think you like Rye"........
I felt my eyes get heavy so I want to sleep. It's the morning and I wake up to the smell of pancakes. I got up and went straight to the kitchen, Mikey have me a plate of pancakes and I sat on the sofa next to Jack and Rye walked into the Mindy/ living room and sat down on the floor asnormal. Jack gave me the look as if to say ask him if he wants to sit next to you so I did. " Rye mate do you want to sit next to me instead of on the floor"... " sure why not"... Rye sat next to me and I got that Feeling again. Jack noticed and text me even though he was sat next to me " you have that feeling again don't you"..." yeah".... " so do you know if you like him or not"... " I think so".... " so do you or not".... " I think I do".... " Ooo you crushing".... " shut up".....
An hour in from sitting on the sofa on our phones Rye randomly puts his arm around me and Jack just looks at us and smiles. I start to blush and Jack gets up and grabs my arm and shouts " I'M STEALING BROOKLYN FOR FEW" and draged him to our room.
"what do you want Jack".... "I can tell Rye likes you"..... " no you can't because he does"..... "no he doesn't".... "really then why did he sit next to you"...." because I asked him if he wanted to sit next to me"...." then why did he put his arm around you".... "I don't know"..... "exactly he likes you".... "why does it matter to you if he does or not" ..... "Because you like him and I want you to be happy".... " thanks mate, I'm going to go on a walk"...." alright"
