Chapter 5

Your P.O.V

I strum the opening, sitting on my windowsill. My eyes close as I begin to sing. "I never meant to leave you hurting. I never meant to do the worst thing. Not to you, this solo, solo, everybody. 'Cause every time I read your message. I wish I wasn't one of your exes.

"Now I'm the fool, this solo, solo, everybody. Since you been gone, i've been dancing on my own. There's boys up in my zone. But they can't turn me on. 'Cause baby, you're the only one I'm coming for. I can't take no more, no more, no more" I open my eyes to see all four boys staring at me intently.

"I wanna f-woop, woop woop, but I'm broken hearted. Cr-cr-cry but I like to party. T-t-touch but I got nobody, Here on my own. I wanna f-woop, woop woop, but I'm broken hearted. Cr-cr-cry since the day we parted. T-t-touch but I got nobody, So I do it solo." the all clap and cheer as my cheeks heat up.

"Aww, that wasn't much. Dinner should be ready by now." I say, placing the guitar on the ground and rushing back down the stairs. I quickly turn off the stove and the rice cooker.

"It smells delicious!" Victor says, smiling.

"Can you two set the table for me, please?" I ask, pointing to Mcnamara and Duke.

"Sure." They both reply."Silverware is in the drawer to your right." I say and then drain the chicken.

I take rice out of the rice cooker and put rice in 4 different bowls. "Chandler, can you get me that cup over there?" I ask, pointing to it on the counter as he hands it to me. I evenly put the chicken onto the rice.

"Victor, can you get me the soy sauce?" I ask him as its suddenly placed next to me."Could you also get the salt, pepper, and parsley?" I ask him, turning around.

"Sure." He says, going through the various cabinets as I sigh. I pour some of the leftover chicken broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. I stir it up and then evenly pour it into each of the bowls. I place them all on a tray and put a piece of parsley on each of them for a finishing touch.

"And dinner has been served- Hold on, what are you guys watching?" I ask, quickly placing the tray on the table down and taking the remote from Victor. "Oh nothing, we were just seeing what Netflix is and all." He says, shrugging as I mentally have a sigh of relief.

"It's not that important. " I lie, switching to the aux input. " Now go ahead and eat while I find something." I say, shooing him off of the couch.

"Fine Fine." He says with a laugh, heading over to the table. "That was a close one." I mumble, looking through my DVD collection. "Hmmmm... Cinderella it is. Im just glad I have it..." I say to myself, popping it into the disc player.

I sit at the table as the guys are devouring the rice. I sigh and enjoy mine slowly as I wait for all of the long advertisements to play out. The movie starts after what seems like forever as I finish my rice. I put all four bowls in the sink and then take a seat on the floor in-between Duke and Mcnamara.

"So, you like Disney too?" He asks and I nod."Disney movies are classic!" I say with a smile. "They're the absolute best." Mcnamara says happily as I give him a fist bump.

I turn back to the TV, shushing everyone and pulling a blanket from off the side of the couch. I drape it over my shoulders as suddenly I feel a tug from the other side.

Suddenly, the blanket is folded out over us three as I lean against the couch and snuggle into the blanket.
