Jai; "For a while we pretended that we never had to end it, but we both knew we had to say goodbye"

During the summer, you stayed at your grandparents house while your parents slowly moved out from the ghetto neighborhood you lived in. While staying at your grandparents, you met a group of five boys who seemed your age, you wanted to talk to them however you were very shy. Finally, a boy came over and smiled at you “Hi, are you new here?” You explained to the boy, who happened to be Jai, about how you were staying at your grandparents for the summer and Jai helped you figure out that you lived on their street. Over the summer, you gained a very strong friend ship with Jai, his brotherse Luke and Beau, and their two friends Daniel, who everyone called Skip, and James. But, you seemed to have a special friendship with Jai, actually it was more of a relationship. You guys kissed dozens of times and hung out 24/7. People always mistaked you two as a couple so much that you guys just went along with it. Over the course of the summer, you two developed strong feelings towards each other and even went on a few dates. Now, it was time to go back to your parents house which was 2 hours away from Jai’s house. You went to his house to tell him the bad news in person, however he went out for a walk but you went up to his room and waited for him, as instructed by Gina. When he finally got back he smiled wide and said “I’ve been looking everywhere for you! I was wondering,-” You cut Jai off by saying “I have bad news.” Jai said “No, let me finish please, it could make everything better!” You nodded, in agreeement to let him finish what he was saying. “So,” Jai continued “I was wondering, would you want to be my girlfriend?” He asked you. When those words came out of his mouth, you just stared at him with wide eyes, “Oh Jai,” you said, feeling sorry, “I would love to, but I came to tell you that I’m moving back with my parents tomorrow.” Jai fought to convince you to be his girlfriend, saying long distance can work, he’d drive for 2 hours to see you, he just wanted you to be his. You kept telling him, no you couldn’t do it, long distance couldn’t work. You left eventually with a hug, tears rolling down both Jai and your faces, you guys even got in a heated arguement, in which you won. When you walked out of his room, Gina hugged you and said she was sorry you couldn’t have stayed longer. 

Luke Brooks : "And I know I shouldn’t tell you, but I just can’t stop thinking of you"

You had a very serious relationship with Luke for the past two years of your life, there has been some great times and memories, however everthing bad just seemed to flood your mind. Like all the pointless arguements, the rumors, the hate from his fans. You couldn’t take it and broke up with last week. You looked at your phone to see he was calling you. “What?” you answered. “I miss you so much” Luke said, almost crying. “Luke,” you told him “I just don’t think we’re meant to be.” you said, about to cry yourself. “I can’t stop thinking of you” he said, finally breaking down crying. “You shouldn’t tell me that” you said, even closer to crying, but you wanted to keep your cool. Luke sniffled and then asked if he could come over so you two can talk and try to work it out. Well you guys did work it out, and you couldn’t be happier. 

Beau; "Maybe you’ve already moved on, but the truth is I don’t want to know" 

You and Beau dated for a year, and broke up about two months ago. You were still a little upset one night and your friends wanted to take you to a club to get you over him. You were in the club, dancing having a great time. You were even dancing with a guy when you turned your head and saw Beau staring at you, heart broken. You must’ve looked heart broken back and your friends noticed because they pulled you away from the guy and got you something to drink. Before the end of the night, Beau went over and asked if you had a boyfriend yet, you said no not yet, he looked happy and asked if you have went on dates and you said “yeah, a few” and he just looked heart broken. 

 Daniel; “But nothing lasts forever, nothing stays the same. So why can’t I stop feeling this way?”

You and Daniel had to break up because of distance, you two still loved each other, and three months later you still do. Everyone keeps telling you two that it’s just a phase, the feelings were going to go away in a few days. You knew that wasn’t true. You guys texted almost all the time, always saying “I love you” and “I miss you” it was almost as if you guys were together, expect you both agreed that you couldn’t handle the commiment needed to have a healthy, long distance relationship. 

James; "You were crying at the airport when they finally closed the plane door." 

James and you had the loving relationship that everyone admired. You guys had to separate because James had to go on tour and no girlfriends allowed. You guys didn’t break up though, you kept a strong relationship, even though it involved you crying on facetime almost every night to him and laying in his bed when you couldn’t sleep. Everyone was so supportive of your relationship and admired it.
