So I dunno if it's the eighth for you guys yet or not, but for me it damn right is and I finally finished this to celebrate!
August 8th this year is the fourth year anniversary of FNaF 1's release. I was there from the beginning, I was there before it blew up because of youtubers, and I followed it throughout the years, FNaF 2, 3, 4, (heh, wasn't really excited for this one) World, 5, 6, and the UCN.
I cannot say enough how much this game changed me, but it really did. I was inspired, I had motivation to make art and write stories again (I kid you not, I was literally only drawing and writing FNaF for two years straight) and all in all, it inspired me. To do better. To not give up, just like Scott Cawthon didn't after his failed games either. And he managed to create something wonderful that had a huge impact on all of us.
Heck, if FNaF didn't exist I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to type or speak English right now. I'd just move on with my life, speaking Hungarian and German (though I'm not that great at it), not even knowing about Youtube either.
So yeah. I talk-write too much, heh! But I don't believe FNaF is bad.
Sure, the games might get repetitive after a while, but that's not what matters.
But the purpose of it. The impact. The story.
It changed so many people for the better. And I'm so glad to be one of those people.
So, in celebration I drew this little comic, but fair warning!! -it's probably not as humorous as I imagined it to be, so uhh...
