I lazily opens my eyelids only to be met with the harsh rays of the sun, I slung over my right arm to cover my eyes, as I noticed I was wearing two new bracelets on it

Me: *sniff*sniff* b-best grandpa EVER!

I did a kick up, and landed perfectly on my feet as I then noticed a small price of paper sticking out from one of the bracelets

I pulled it out, and it stated

You might be wondering why you have these bracelets, well these lock your power away, it'll be locking away 19/20 of your power, but here's the thing, when you're using 1/20 at full power it'll actually feel like you're using 20/20 if your power when you're actually not

P.S; spill blood on your bracelets and it'll activate you're other surprise

I twitch my eyebrow in annoyance at the last comment, but avoided it and had stars in my eyes, why? One, I can finally go 'all out' even though I'm only using a bit of my power and two, who the hell wouldn't want these bracelets!? And three, I'm kinda excited to see my surprise, but I'll probably only use it in combat
