Part 1

Hi there, My name is Briana but you can call me Bree. Let me tell you a bit about my life. Im 14 years old. I live with my mom, my grandma and my little sister, Molly. My dad has left us right after Mollys birth. I havent seen him ever since. And to be honest I dont remember him at all. Currently I live in New York but I'm moving soon. I will actually be living alone in New Jersey. Im not completely alone because I'll be living in the same building as my aunt. You may be asking, why in the world will a 14 year old move away from her family. Well thats because my mom wants me to have the best education possible, since Im going to high school and high schools where I live are not that great. My grandma would know that because shes a high school teacher. My whole family would move to New Jersey but the problem is that my mom has a very good job where she lives now and she doest want to lose it. Even though Im moving Ill still be seeing my family often because its not that long of a drive. I move in about a week, so I already started packing.
I was in my room and my sister came in. I could see that she was sad that I would move because weve been there for each other all the time.
Molly: Hi Briana.
Me: Hey Molly. Whats wrong?
Molly: Im sad because you are leaving.
Me: Aww Molly come here.
She came up to me and hugged me.
Me: Dont be sad. Ill still will be visiting pretty often. I mean it's not that long of a drive and you can always come there whenever you'd like. Plus Im giving you my old phone so we can talk.
Molly: Youre giving me your phone?
Me: Yeah. Grandma is buying me a new phone as an goodbye gift. Plus she figured that its time that you get a phone so it would a good idea.
Molly: Well that cheered me up.
Me: Haha glad to hear.
After that grandma came into our room.
Grandma: Briana, get dressed. We're going to the store to buy you your new phone.
Me: Ok.
Molly: Can I come too?
Grandma: Sure.
We got ready and went to the store.
Grandma: So which phone are you getting?
Me: The iPhone 7.
Grandma: But that's not the latest.
Me: I know. I just don't want to waste your money on phones.
Grandma: You are not wasting it honey. I just want you to be happy so Im getting you the iPhone X.
Me: No grandma, you don't have to do that.
Grandma: I want to.
And she bought me the X. My grandma is the sweetest, she always wants make us happy and she's always there for us. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for her. My mom is not home most of the time because she's at work and even though my grandma works she still takes care of us a lot.
We went back home and It was almost time for dinner. We decided to wait for my mom to come home so we could all eat dinner together. But today she was taking a bit more time than usual. We didn't usually do that before but we decided that this last week we are going to spend as much time together as possible.
We then heard a knock on the door. Molly went to open the door and It was mom and she had 4 shopping bags with her.
Me: So thats why you are late.
Mom: Yeah I bought you and Molly some gifts.
Molly: Mom thank you!
Me: Yay thanks mom! But whats the occasion?
Mom: That you're starting high school and that Molly is starting middle school.
She gave me two of the bags and she gave 2 to Molly. She got me 2 crop tops, 2 pairs of jeans, a necklace and a bracelet. They were all so cute. We then ate dinner, watched a movie together and then went to bed.
