Part 16

I got up before the alarm rang. I barely slept since I was thinking of the twins. Who do I like more? Who should I ask out? Will I still be friends with the other one if I date one of them? These were the questions that were running through my head. I really want the answers to them but right now I cant answer them.
I got ready and headed out. I didn't see the twins so I decided to go to school without them which is something neither of us ever does but I need some time alone to think and to clear my mind.
I arrived to school and went to my locker. Before I could even open it I saw Grayson to my right.
Grayson: Whats wrong Bree?
Me: What do you mean?
Grayson: You didn't wait for us today. You NEVER do that. I repeat NEVER.
Me: Well there is a first time for everything I guess?
Grayson: Hahaha no. Come on just tell me.
Me: Im sorry there has just been a lot on my mind and I need some time to think. I hope you understand.
Grayson: I do, just know Im here if you need anything.
Me: I know.
Shortly after Ethan came along. He also asked why I didn't wait for them today and I explained to him everything I told Grayson.
Ethan: Oh ok Briana. We understand.
I love how they're the type of people that wont be annoying you if you don't tell them something and they understand.
The rest of the day was pretty quiet. Nothing that interesting. I didn't talk to the twins a lot. We only exchanged a couple of "hello's" when we saw each other in class or in the hallway.

I was walking back home and it was so quiet. I could only hear the leaves rustling and my thoughts trying to figure out which twin I liked better. It hurts to know that Im going to be happy with one and with the other I'm going to have a messed up friendship. I low-key just want to be friends with both but deep inside my heart is telling me to choose one. But who?
I decided to call Melissa.
Melissa: Hey Briana
Me: Hi
Melissa: Whats up?
Me: Nothing much. You want to hang out?
Melissa: Yeah sure Ill get ready.
Me: Bye!
Melissa: Byeee!
I arrived home and shortly after Melissa knocked on my door.
Melissa: Should we go?
Me: Yeah.
We were walking and we stopped at a ice cream shop.
It didn't take long for Melissa to notice that there was something wrong with me.
Melissa: Whats wrong Bree?
Me: You know how I like both of the twins?
Melissa: Yeah?
Me: Well they like me back.
Melissa: And that is bad... how?
Me: I have to choose between them but I don't know which I like better.
Melissa: I think you like one of them better but you just can't accept it because you feel bad for the other one. You need to stop feeling bad and listen to your heart!
I was speechless at that moment. She told me exactly what I needed to hear. How does she know me that well?
Me: You're right. You're so freaking right.
We spend a little more time together and then we went home.
After what Melissa told me my mind was getting clearer. It made me nervous that I finally knew who my favorite was. But it also made me happy.

I closed the light and went to bed. The only thing that was crossing my mind was how I would tell them who I wanted to date. I kept thinking about that till sleep took over.

A/n: This part was short and boring but this story is coming to an end maybe next part will probably be the last but maybe Ill do a sequel. I also haven't updated in a while but anyways. Don't forget to vote and comment and thanks for reading!
