Part 3

I woke up pretty early today. It's been a week since I moved and things have been pretty good so far. I decided to go outside for a morning walk. I got ready and went out. When I was outside, I heard someone calling my name. I turn around and see one of my hot neighbors, aka Grayson.
Grayson: Briana wait up!
Me: Oh hi Grayson.
Grayson: Sorry if I'm disturbing you.
Me: No you're not. I'm just taking a morning walk. You're welcome to join me if you want to.
Grayson: Ok thank you. So I've been thinking, since you're new here I wanted to know what school you're going to. Hopefully we're going at the same one.
Me: Im going to be a freshman at y/s/n.
Grayson: Really? Me and Ethan are going there too and we're also going to be freshman. We were thinking since you are new here it would be good if you had a few friends here so I was wondering if you would like for Ethan, you and I to hang out sometimes.
Me: That would be great.
Grayson: So can you give me your number?
Me: Sure.
I gave him my number.
Grayson: Also are you Melissas cousin cause she told me a few weeks ago that her cousin would move here.
Me: Yes I am. Are you friends with Melissa?
Grayson: Yeah sort of. We've been neighbors for quite a while.
Me: Oh cool.
We walked together and got to know each other a little bit better. Then we went back home. Instead of going to my room I went to my aunts house. I knocked on the door and my aunt opened it.
Aunt Lily: Oh hi Briana. How did you sleep?
Me: Good thanks for asking. Is Melissa up yet?
Aunt Lily: Yeah, she is in her room.
I went to Melissas room and said hi to her.
Me: Hi
Melissa: Hey
Me: Guess who I talked to this morning.
Melissa: Who?
Me: Grayson and he talked to me first.
Melissa: Really? What did he say?
I told Melissa everything that happened.
Me: Btw He also told that you were friends sort of.
Melissa: Yeah I guess. We used to be closer when we were younger but now not so much. They sort of like excluded me out of their life. But we still do talk sometimes.
Me: But why did they exclude you out of their life?
Melissa: To be honest I don't know. Our families used to be close. We would have dinner at each others houses. Our moms were close but then their mom got remarried and since then she didn't really talk to us anymore. She just says a good morning or good night when she sees us.
Me: Wow thats bad. I mean how can you be very close to someone one day and the next you only say hello.
Melissa and I talked for a bit more and then Melissas mom came in the room.
Aunt Lily: Girls get ready cause we're going to the mall to go back to school shopping.
Me, Melissa: Ok
We both got ready and we went out of the house and there we were waiting for Aunt Lily. We were sitting at this bench when we saw Ethan. I decided to say hi.
Me: Hey Ethan.
Ethan: Oh hi guys. What's up?
Me: We're going to the mall. What about you?
Ethan: I'm just going jogging.
Melissa: Cool.
Ethan: We should hang out sometime Briana.
Me: Yeah sure.
Ethan: Ok cool, Im leaving now. Bye.
Me: Bye.
Ethan left and Melissa looked a bit angry.
Me: Melissa, why are you angry?
Melissa: Im mad at Ethan. He just asked you to hang out and he didn't ask me, when I was literally right here.
Me: That was so rude of him. Just dont think of him.
Melissa: Yeah you are right.
At that moment Aunt Lily came. We got into her car and went to the mall. We arrived there and the first thing we did was go to Mc donals to eat lunch. After lunch we went shopping for school supplies. These are some of the things I bought:

After we were done shopping we went back home. It was almost time for dinner so we decided to eat. We ate and then I went back to my studio apartment. When I was there I realised that school would start in like 2 weeks. Im excited and nervous for it. Right now Im just going to enjoy the rest of my summer vacation. I then went to bed.
