"-You don't deserve this human form. You must become what you value so much!" With that, she pushed me and my back hit the counter. I saw her pulling out a knife from an inside pocket of her overcoat when I lifted my head to look at her. "You must die."
And with that, she shoved the blade into my lower abdomen.
Confusion was all I experienced in the first few seconds, pain struck me when I averted my gaze from her eyes to her hand which was holding the knife inside my lower abdomen towards the left.
"Wh-what are you doing!?" My legs were wobbling and my body shaking badly. I placed both of my hands on her hand holding the knife still in me and begged her to stop but her eyes were cold and face expressionless. She twisted the knife and I bent forward to rest one hand on her shoulder. "P-Please...don't" I pleaded as loudly as I could which was barely louder than a trembling whisper. I didn't want to die, I couldn't die yet.
She pulled the knife out only to shove it in again. This time it was on my right side near the kidney and I began coughing up blood. Coughing was even more painful than getting stabbed itself because those damaged organs and muscles were stretching with every motion of my diaphragm when I coughed. By this time, I knew she won't show any mercy. I had to do something for she had no intention to keep me alive.
"H-Help!" I shouted with all the energy left in me. "Please, someone...help..." I was shouting with all of my strength but no one outside on the road was paying attention, as if the shop was invisible. I couldn't believe it, the shop was at the roadside of one of the busiest roads in Busan yet no one was even looking into the shop with almost transparent glass walls!
"Cry all you want," She snickered as she pulled out the knife and shoved me to hit the counter again and I slumped down against it onto the floor. "No one can see this shop from the outside, it's not there anymore."
"Please...please leave me, take all you want but please don't kill me..." I could do nothing but beg having no other way. I was begging her for my life but she seemed unimpressed by it. I went down on my knees and pleaded with both of my hands joined together in front of her.
Images of Hee Young and Dae Jung flashed before me, they were the only family I had apart my landlady. Yes, I had no family but I never considered myself an orphan after I met these two idiots, my two friends. Yes, I had no family to take care of; I was no one's future. Even if I died, no one would cry for me except Hee Young and Dae Jung. They were all I had and I couldn't leave them.
"Sorry, too late dear." She smirked as she shoved the knife into my heart, literally. I fell on my back, head hitting the floor first, and heaved for breath. My vision was starting to get blurry and I was desperately waiting for my friends, how long does it take to get a take out from a neighbouring restaurant?
"Consider it a blessing, I am turning you to something more precious to you than humans." She pulled the knife out and I found it impossible to keep my eyes open. It all went black after that.
"Till this filthy body of yours is six feet under the ground, be trapped there. Know how it feels to be trapped..." I finally lost my consciousness after that.
"...get up! Someone call an ambulance!"
I opened my eyes to find myself amongst giant fluffy creatures due to Hee Young's cries. I was sitting on a high wooden platform and was in a surrounding which seemed as unfamiliar as familiar to me, as if I knew this unknown place.
