Chapter 20: Babysitting

Time had passed by fast. It's been three weeks since Randy gave me his ring. We have now been dating for 9 months and I am head over heels for him. Yesterday Aj called and asked if Randy and I could babysit her 8 month old neice while she was doing a signing. I gladly accepted and she should be showing up any minute now.

There was a knock on the door. "Ready?" I asked Randy, getting off the hotel bed. He nodded and walked to the door with me. I opened the door and there was Aj with the cutest baby in the world. "She is the cutest thing I've ever seen." I blurted.

"I know right I can't wait until I have a baby." Aj said.

I giggled. I've always thought of having a baby. Maybe this will help me get a better understanding of what it's like. "Okay I'm gonna be gone for 6 hours. She needs to have a bottle at 12 and 5. If she starts crying just hold her and sway. Ummm if that doesn't work then just give her the pacifier. She doesn't cry much though. Ok I'll be going." She said handing me the baby.

"Alright Aj I'll see you when you get back." I said shutting the door. "Randy, isn't she adorable. "

He nodded and motioned for me to let him hold her. I handed her over and he smiled. She started playing with his finger. It was so cute. I pulled out my phone and took a picture. "You guys look so adorable."

"Yeah I've always wanted kids." he said and I took a seat next to him. I leaned my head on his shoulder and just stared at the precious angel in his arms. She was very little and had dark brown hair and green eyes that sparkled. She smiled up at Randy and it warmed my heart. "You know Randy, this could be us someday. Sitting on the couch traveling for work, and our little girl smiling looking up at her daddy."

"I like that idea." he said kissing my cheek. He handed her to me and I just held her in my arms and we just stared at eachother for the longest time. I looked up at the clock 12:03. "ohhh we have to feed her, Randy do you know how to make a bottle."

"Babe I don't even know how to put a onesie on her." I giggled at him and handed her to him. I got up and started making her bottle. I could hear her giggling and it was music to my ears. Randy started laughing. I hope one day this could be us with our own daughter. When I was done I sat back down next to the two of them. "So do you want to feed her or.." he cut me off, "I'll do it."

He grabbed the bottle out of my hand and placed it gently into her mouth. He was feeding her and I turned on the television. She drank her bottle fast. Before I even found something to watch she was already finished. I grabbed the bottle and rinsed it out. I sat back on the couch and put on Fast and the Furious. Time flew and before I knew it was already 3 and time for the baby's next bottle. I made her another bottle and handed it to Randy who was still holding her. "May I?" I asked.

He handed her over to me with a big grin on his face. I could tell he loved babysitting her. In a mere ten minutes she was done with the bottle. I handed the empty bottle to him and he rinsed it out and sat back on the couch with us. "Randy, I want a baby now." I said with a puppy dog face."

"I know I kinda do too."

"We should have a baby."

"I think so too but then you would be out of work and then you wouldn't get your titleshot."

"True okay but after I lose my title. If I ever lose the title I want to have a baby."

"Okay I like the idea."

I kissed him on the cheek and we resumed watching Tv. I just stared at her and she sneezed it was so cute. We both awed. I've never seen this side to Randy. It was a soft side to him and I was loving it.

"Baby you would make a great father."

"And you would make an even greater mother."

"I can't wait.''

There was a knock on the door. It was Aj. "Hey I thought you were gonna be gone for like another hour."

"We ended early because it started raining."

"Oh well she's an angel. She didn't cry at all and she loves Randy." She looked over to Randy who had a huge smile coming across his face.

"Awww I can just see you two as the perfect parents" she said.

"One day." he said grabbing me by my waist and pulling me towards him. "Okay well thanks guys I really appreciate it."

"Alright Aj we'll see you later." With that she left. Randy got a call. I sat in the kitchen looking at what to make for lunch. I decided on Mac n Cheese. When Randy was done he came over to me and gave me a big hug. "Looks like our title shots are coming alot sooner than expected."

"How soon?"

"2 weeks on Raw."

I jumped into his arms. He kissed me and I wrapped my legs around his waist. I was so happy to hear that. I don't even have words to explain how I feel right now. "Well say hello to the WWE's newest power couple." I yelled.

He laughed and set me down. "I love you so much Randal Keith Orton." I said.

"I love you too Brooklyn Marie Walters."

"The soon to be Brooklyn Orton right?"

"In time." We laid in the bed in eachother's embrace.

"You know Randy it's been a while since we've danced together."

"Then let's do it now." I got up and picked up my phone. I pressed play and "Fine China" came on. We started dancing, he would twirl me around ocassionally it was so cute. After awhile he pulled me close and held me from behind and he started singing into my ears. I kissed his cheek. His stubble tickled my lips and I smiled.

A couple songs passed and we were just slow dancing in the living room. "You are my everything?" I said.

"Oh but you're much more than everything to me Brooke. You're my universe, the air I breathe, my happiness, you're what makes me smile everyday. Hell, you're what makes me want to be here every day."

He pulled me close and we just stood there. Our arms wrapped around eachother, I wish I could press pause on life and stay in this moment forever. For eternity.
