VERSE ONE
Peel back my Layers
You Know nothing Ms. Snow...
Yet, you read the Rings around my heart
The crackling remnant of an aging soul
Somehow you've shaped a mansion
Out of many(mini) secluded Ghetto caves
Though you won't hold my heart for Ransom
Some Stockholm Syndromes save some Slaves
CHORUS
And I was saved by
A girl kissed by fire
Who painted the truth
with the tears of a Liar
Hiding from my homeland,
hanging with the Wildling
Pyro colored hair
made her appear like a Wild Thing
Now I'm styling..........
Nude and smiling.......
Thank you for Seeing Me
My Ghost was beguiling....
Not 'posed to be Whiling......
Thank you for Freeing me
VERSE TWO
Raised beyond the wall that I built
You bled your canvas with suture Red
Drawing keepsakes from my sacred ground
As you stitched inside my head
Somehow you saw it plain when I wouldn't
That worlds don't converge without damage
Though you won't break my heart, I couldn't
Use it properly , till you break, set, and bandage
CHORUS
And I was healed by
A girl kissed by fire
Who painted My life
