Author Notes: I'm currently obsessed with the game Food Fantasy and Peking Duck is definitely my favorite of all the Food Soul I've gotten.[My username is Mishira] I haven't unlocked any of Peking Duck fondness and even the Wikia I'm using didn't have any story of him. So, be patient with me, I maybe change the story in the future once I unlock every fondness level.

If there are grammar errors, I'm sorry, I try to fix that in the near future. Also, I want to thank Leela, my best friend for helping me with the story.

You have gotten enough Soul Embers to summon one Food Soul, you wanted to get [F/S] to make your team stronger since you hear that [F/S] is good. As Rice stands beside you. You waited for the Food Soul to appear, you hear a male voice saying "It really is bothersome. The children badger you as well as me to take care of them," "what?" You thought as you look at the guy, whose arms fill with many, many ducklings, it was Peking Duck. You were a bit disappointed but at least he is an ultra-rare Food Soul.

Apparently, your disappointment was quite obvious, "were you hoping for someone else, Master Attendant?" Rice say and you can see Rice furrowed her brow, you also saw Peking Duck looking a bit sad and you quickly reply, "-No! -yes! Uh, I was looking forward to getting [F/S]... But I'm willing to learn your skills," It was not the best reply but you could see Peking Duck's face light up a bit. "Thank you, Master Attendant, for giving me a chance." You nodded and gesture Rice and Peking Duck to follow you.

As a week went by, you have gotten along with Peking Duck and you learn from different Master Attendants that Peking Duck is good at PvP because of his silence skill, so you use him for PvP but other than that, you found out how he likes his ducklings with him calling them 'children', which you don't understand why but you slowly understand, they're cute and all but they are annoying from their quaking but that logic also can be put on real children.

It has been a few months since you've summoned Peking Duck, you really did enjoy his company, there are times where he was uppity but it was a bit subtle, that you barely realize that he was uppity. As you were sitting beside him at your closed restaurant back door, you are looking at the scenery and enjoy the quietness. Peking Duck is smoking his tobacco pipe, as usual, something that annoys you, a lot, but since he smokes it outside(within ten miles radius away from the restaurant), you didn't complaint about but currently, you gave him a free pass since you were tired from working and you're not in the mood to walk.

"The children seem to be quiet today, I wonder why... they didn't seem to be unmotivated," He said while looking at the ducklings, you chuckled at his concern, you always found it funny and adorable when he was concern about the ducklings, "maybe they enjoy the scenery, it is a quiet and peaceful time." you playfully reply as you look at them and then look back at the scenery. You don't want to admit it but you have feelings for him ever since you come back from a shopping for ingredients. You remember the exact line he said to you once you came back.

"You finally came back. When you're away, the children refuse to quiet down. It made me feel rather uneasy." It did catch you off guard
but that sentence is quite adorable, to say the least. But you also have grown attached to the ducklings too. As you were day-dreaming about that day, you catch a glimpse of Peking Duck looking at you before quickly turning away. The tobacco pipe caught your attention as you were looking at him to mention the quick glance he was giving you. You decided to ask about the tobacco pipe, "You know, you never strikes me as a smoker, and where did you get the tobacco pipe and cigarettes holder?" He turns to you with a small smile, "This cigarette holder and tobacco pipe were given to me by a friend, they said it really suited me."

"Well... we have different opinions, but it looks fine to me. It's just that you never seem to be a smoker." You replied back and something just came across your mind, you thought it would be funny to mention about it. "Hey, Food Souls are based on an actual food, right?" He nodded and listen intently, you continue, "well, since you like ducks and you're Peking Duck does that mean you eat ducks?" you squinted your eyes. The question caught him off guard, there's a lot going on his face but before he said anything, you cut him off with, "kidding! I know how much you love the ducklings and that you wouldn't hurt them at all." and laugh at the end of the sentence.

He gives you an angry look but soon gives you a smile and laugh with you. You always love his laughs, you wanted to hear more, to make him smile, and to make him happy. You wonder that if that quick glance was something more. Should you confess about your feelings right now? Yeah, yeah, this is a perfect opportunity to do it. You took a deep breath and let go, "hey, do you like me?" you asked while you look at the scenery, you don't want to see his reaction, afraid of rejection and reaction, even though it wouldn't make any change whatsoever.

He was silent for a moment, thinking on the what kind of question that is, "Depends on what you mean," he said in a low voice before you can clarify, he continues "I would say I like you more than a friend. I would like if we are a couple if you don't mean it that way, then, I do like you as a friend," it was a lot to take in but all you could do is turn your head to him and smile. You could feel your heart beating faster against your chest, "I like you too! A-as in more than friends!" You say and hug him.

He immediately hugs you back and laughs at how happy you look like when you say it and he as well, felt happy being with you. You look up at him and press your lip against his. It took a few seconds for him to kiss you back, you could feel him licking your lips for entrance, you open your mouth to let him in, after a minute, you both then pulled back because of oxygen.

You turn your head away from him and wipe your lips, "ew, you taste like tobacco." you said as you laugh after wiping your lips.
