Elves

CH.3 discovery

Avian was freaking out he looked over the side of the seat. bad idea he didn't like what he saw and pulled back quickly. which was even worse because it caused the seat to swing back and forth. he jumped and grabbed hold of Jasper's arm again. 

"ah!, Avian watch it you nearly kneed me in the balls!" Avian muttered an apology but it was barley above a whimper. he was terrified he'd always been afraid of heights ever since his mom had taken him on that trip to France and the Eiffel tower.

Jasper looked down at the boy practically in his lap. the kid was shaking and looked to be on the verge of hyperventilating. Jasper wasn't sure what to do and his shaking was making the seat move back and forth not something Jasper liked when the wheel was this high up and stuck. his phone vibrated.  Jasper slowly reached in to his pants pocket pulled out his phone and looked at the screen.

Jessica had text-ed him  telling him to rub Avian's back up and down. he text-ed her back asking why?

Jessica: so he'll stop shaking and won't knee you in the balls again :P

Jasper:oh ok an you heard that?

Jessica: yep saw it to remember i'm in the seat behind u to?

Jasper rolled his eyes then carefuly stuck his phone back in to his pocket what kind of friends have i made here? Jasper again looked down at Avian and couldn't help but feel for him. Jasper slowly ran his hand up Avian's back the boy flinched for a second then relaxed laying his head on Jasper's arm. 

Jasper felt a tightness in his chest ease. he wasn't sure what he was feeling but it wasn't exactly a bad feeling just an unexplainable one. it made him feel needed and that was a good feeling indeed.

Avian was feeling a bit better now even though he was still more or less in Jasper's lap he'd thought that he would have pushed him off by now but he hadn't in stead he'd pulled him closer then started rubbing his back in gentle circles.

it had the calming affect he needed. his breathing returned to normal his shaking all but stilled and his body had stopped sweating. Avian now looked out over the city with an ease glance and didn't once look down. Avian took hold of Jasper's shirt front and held on he wasn't scared any more but he just wanted something to hold on to.

"i-i-i'm sorry",Avian said this time his voice was steady.

"for what" Jasper asked confusion written on his handsome face. Avian blushed and looked down 

"i'm sorry about earlier and i'm sorry you have to deal with this"

"oh that",Jasper laughed "look Avian i don't mind honest your a cute kid an-and i think your pretty dame brave facing your fear even though you needed some one you still did good"

Avian's faced lit up like fire when Jasper had called him cute wait did he say cute does that mean Jasper liked him?! one way to find out... Avian lifted his head from Jasper's shoulder and was surprised Jasper seemed to be closing the space between their lips. 

Avian started to pull back but was stopped when Jasper's finger forced his chin up his lips where crushed as Jasper's met his Avian tightened his grip on his shirt not wanting the kiss to end. they felt a jolt as the ride started back up and they began to descend. they quickly dislodged from each other righting them selves so as it would as though nothing happened.

"you look guilty babe"Jasper whispered in his ear the small stubble on his chin tickling his ear. Avian   sucked in a breath and tried to look innocent which earned a chuckle from Jasper. when they where back on the ground they got out of the ride and waited till Jessica got off.

the three of them then headed to the funnel cake stand and enjoyed a small lunch it was getting late and Jessica had to go home since she'd picked Jasper up it meant he had to go to.

"i can give you a ride" Avian said not ready for Jasper to leave

"sure ok" the three of them got up threw their plates in the trash and began the long agonizing walk back out of the fair grounds. once they had reached their cars they said good night and went their separate ways. Avian yawned getting into the driver's seat and started the car.

"Avian are you ok?"

"yeah i'm just tiered" 

"then let me drive"

Avian shrugged he was pretty tiered and whose to say he wouldn't fall asleep and crash. Avian happily got out the drivers seat and got in the passenger seat handing the keys to Jasper. Jasper started the car and drove out of the parking space. he took the eastern route purposely making the journey home longer.

Avian took Jasper's hand and twined his fingers through his the long drive home holding Jasper's hand made him feel loved not that his parents didn't love him or anything but they loved him in the sense a parent loved a child. Jasper loved him as a lover and made some day more.

when they pulled up to Jasper's home Avian got out the car and went to the driver's side. 

"goodnight" he said in a soft voice Jasper pulled him close and said huskily in his ear "goodnight" then kissed Avian on the lips with his hands on his waist. Avian wrapped his arms around Jasper before letting him go inside.

what had just transpired between them had Avian sighing all the way home. when he got to his room he kicked off his shoes and lay-ed on his bed. he couldn't stop thinking about Jasper and it had him hornier than he'd been in a long time Avian slide beneath the cool sheet's of his bed and drifted off to sleep.

happy with the discovery of finding a guy who just might be the one for him and if not well he sure would be a sweet memory.
