*Flash Forward*

(Vin POV)

"Baby?! Please talk to me! Wake up! Don't leave me! The ambulance is almost here! Please, hold on for me. I'm your Prince Charming remember?! I'm nowhere without you baby girl! You're my princess....

*Flash back*

(Vin POV)

"Do you guys have any idea where a girl named Lindsey might live?" I asked shyly to my co-workers in the garage.

Michelle, my best mechanic and ex-girlfriend responded with a chuckle, "Oh, so this is the girl that's making you lose concentration while you're working then, right?"

"I guess you could say that..." I could feel a light blush creeping up my neck as I looked at my work boots, trying to avoid her gaze.

A smile spread across her face at my reaction. "You really like her don't you?"

"I didn't think anyone could understand how much... I only met her the other day Mitch, and she's already mad at me for something she wouldn't let me explain for. What do I do?"

"You really have it bad my friend, we may have broke up but your still my best friend and I can't let you suffer like this.... Look for her address on the back counter, I'm pretty sure I've delivered some piston rings there before."

My jaw dropped at her response, "She's gorgeous and she's a gear head? How much better can she get?"

Michelle laughed at my comment and we embraced for a short while as I thanked her over and over for her help and the following advice of saying "Don't screw this up man, impress her, be her everything." She finished her statement with a smile as I left the garage in search of a costume shop.

*Same flash back*

(Lindsey POV)

"I can't believe he pulled that crap with me! I bet he does that with all the girls, I mean, why else would he have his number on the back of a dry cleaners card?! I was actually starting to like this guy, what with his beautiful eyes, sexy stubble, toned chest and insanely deep voice!"

Sadie perched her head in my lap, sprawled out on her side of the bed, waiting for her late night treat before we watched SVU, she closed her eyes as I talked on about Vin and how much he blew it until I heard a noise at my window.

First instinct being to grab my baseball bat next to my bed, I put on my slippers and walked to my window, only met to the sight of Vin sitting outside my window upon a beautiful white horse while wearing a knight costume with a plastic sword placed around his waist.

"What the hell are you doing here? How'd you know where I lived!?" Shock apparent in my voice. "A friend of mine said she delivered some piston rings here. I had no idea you were a gear head, I totally dig that in a woman!" I giggled at his comment and smiled at him.

"What are you wearing by the way, and why do you have a horse?" I couldn't help but laugh at him. "You told me I wasn't your Prince Charming! I'm here to prove you wrong! I realized after you stormed out that I couldn't lose you. You make my heart skip an extra beat. We just met, I know, but I'd really like to take you out and get to know you better."

I couldn't help the fact that I started blushing, I tried to stop smiling, but I couldn't. "Alright, I'll go out with you!"

He smiled at me and laughed, "So eager, I admire that in a woman." I rolled my eyes at his comment with a small laugh as he winked at me. "Alright then, I return this horse in a few hours so, my beautiful princess, come out of your tower and join me on a romantic stroll around the block with my trusty steed." I blushed at his abruptness and fed Sadie before I went out on our romantic stroll.

"Vin? Can we head back now? I'm starting to get really cold." I asked as I shivered in the process and laid my head on his back, gripping his chest tighter for warmth.

"Sure thing, here take my jacket." He handed me his red leather jacket and I immediately felt the heat radiating off of his body as I moved so there was no longer space between us.

As soon as we reached my house, he picked me up bridal style, to the front door where he gently placed me back down on my feet.

*Same flash back*

(Vin POV)

"Listen Lindsey, I just wanted to apologize for yester-" but before I could finish my sentence she had pressed her lips against mine and I kissed her back with the same passion, warming her cold lips with mine.

She placed her hands on my chest as she pushed me lightly against the door and released her lips from mine, forgetting to breathe.

"Goodnight Vin." She whispered into my ear as she pulled back to look into my lust filled eyes and opened the door behind me and walked into the most likely heated house.

*I feel I made that chapter very long...Anyway, I'm up to like 5 views still, so that's a good thing, had to add a kiss in somewhere so why not there? Hopefully I can update soon! Thanks for reading!*
