I tore my eyes away from the door to Heeden where Jesse had walked in.
I began walking to where I thought Heaven was but I stopped and thought for a moment.
What kind of feeling was it when your heart fluttered and your stomach jumped and your heart pounded when you were near someone...
But it couldn't be, I had just met the guy for feks sake. And besides, it couldn't be love.
Love didn't happen on first sight or any sight for that matter.
The only people who I had ever seen truly love each other is my parents.
My dad-(Haten)had been an omega in his pack. He was treated like a servant despite the fact he could have easily been mistaken for an Alpha.
At 6"8, he was easily bigger than 6"5 Siheylo, who was our old Alpha.
Yeah, the jerk who tried to take me from my family. My mom-(Amanda)had been a rouge living in an apartment near the ocean by herself. She knows nothing about her parents; when she was first born, (were's are first born in wolf form) she was raised by a black wolf with yellow eyes. She was later known as 'Mother Sun' for her eyes and her never ending beam of kindness and love for her 'pups'. She was raised by her and taught to live on her own, for Mother Sun was a rouge as well.
My moms wolf form is black also, but she has a grey tipped tail and silver eyes. My dads wolf form is white with blue eyes.
They met by accident, Amanda was walking around the south boardwalk, just admiring the glistening ocean and wondering what life might have been like if she parents had kept her.
The sea reminded her of Mother Sun's den. It was located right next to a rushing waterfall; her peaceful lullaby.
She stopped walking for a moment and leaned on the wooden pier railing and closed her eyes and let the mist from the waves crashing on the shore engulf her.
At this time my dad had been sent on an errand by the head hunter to get more supplies for the next hunt the pack was going to be going on that night.
He was walking along that exact boardwalk toward the hunting supplies store when he saw my mom.
She was leaning on the pier railing with her eyes closed closed, tears silently sliding down her cheeks. Her long black curly hair blowing out behind her from the misty wind of the sea.
Haten took one look at the heartbroken angel before him and knew she was his mate. He quietly walked up behind her and placed a gentle hand on her shoulder, completely ignoring the fact that his pack could disown him for associating with a rouge.
She turned around quickly at Haten's touch and her long soft hair hit his face. She smelled like warm chai tea and lavender.
Her pale face was tear stained and her silver eyes shone with unshed tears.
"..Y-Yes?" She sounded scared of him.
"I, uh, are you alright, Miss?"
They were both only around 19 at the time, and she knew at that moment that also that this tall werewolf was her mate. His hair was a light brown with seemingly natural lighter brown streaks. His skin was tan from working in the sun and his muscles were beautifully toned.
She quietly stared at the ground and wiped her eyes with the back of the hand.
"Not exactly." She responded with almost a whisper.
"I apologize for intruding Miss, but what's troubling you?"
Haten rubbed the back of his head with hand and looked up from the wooden pier to her pixie-like face.
