Tay's p.o.v

Today is the day that I get my award and I'm so excited that the whole crew and my baby's gonna be there.

Right now I'm getting  ready for the ceremony and my makeup artist is doing a natural look on me while my hair stylist is putting my hair into a high bun with some baby hairs hanging on the sides.

The dress that I'm wearing is like the dress beyonce wore last year for the BET awards. since the dress stops at my ankles you can't see my shoes but I wearing some sparkly Versace heels.

Aaliyah on the other hand is wearing a black dress with a deep v cut shape in the front. she's also wearing Versace heels.

Anyways , all of the people from essence has to be at the place earlier than everyone else so when we got there it was like 6:30 pm and the ceremony started at 7:00 pm. I just hope our people isn't late.

Khalil p.o.v

Tonight my baby gets her award and I'm so proud of her. Right now me and the crew are in my van on the way to the place . It starts at seven and it's already 6:40.

I press on the gas and speed down the road.

Ashley: damn khalil, your tryna kill us? she asked obviously scared at how fast we were going.

chris: right like Damn nigga.

me: alright, alright I'm sorry yall I'm just tryna get there. I said sighing.

we pulled up at 6:55 we ran inside. we got our tickets from the lady at the desk and walked inside of the dinning room that the ceremony will be held in.

we got a good table at the front and we all sat . pretty soon a lot of people started coming in and filling up all of the empty tables. I looked at my clock and it read; 7:10.

me: Damn, black people could never start on time. I mumbled to myself.

Just then the lights went dim and a spotlight glared on the stage.

A woman with long hair and a tight red dress came on to the stage. she stood in front of the mic and began to speak.

Lady: Hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our 50th annual essence magazine award ceremony.

Everyone clapped while she smiled.

Lady: The first category of the night will be best models at essence. she said and everyone clapped again.

Lady: The first model we will welcome to the stage is Monica Monroe.

A girl with a short dress came on to the stage and received her award. They then projected a slide show of all the pictures she took during her time with essence.

when the video was over she said a few words thanked a couple people then exited the stage.

A few more models came onto the stage and received their awards. I was getting so bored so I started playing angry birds on my phone until I heard tay's name.

me and the crew stood up and clapped while she strutted across the stage to receive her award. we sat down when the clapping died down.

I sat back and admired how beautiful she looked. Her dress was stunning and it fit her body well. Her hair was perfect and so was her makeup. she looked stunning and all that I could think about was getting her home in my bed.

Then a slide show came on and the pictures of her modeling popped up. It was mostly beach wear and her modeling in the water and Damn did her body look good in that bikini.

The slides show cut off and she stepped up to the mic.

Tay: I've been modeling at essence for 5 years and for me to receive this award is a humble experience.  Most of the models that I know at essence have been here longer than me and haven't received an award like this one. I just want to say thank you to essence for this amazing experience and I want to thank my friends, my family and my brother Jordan and especially my boyfriend khalil. with out them I wouldn't be here right now. I just wish my parents were here to see me accept this award because I know they would be so proud, but they're still in my heart and I love them like I love you all. thank you, and have great night. And with that she walked off the stage.

Tay's p.o.v

me: You look great too. I said to one of the models backstage that just complimented me.

The ceremony was over and I was trying to get from backstage to my friends and family at the front but everyone kept trying to talk to me.

As soon as I reached them I was tackled in hugs and kisses.

Jordan: congrats twin. he said hugging me.

me: Thanks jojo.  I said calling him by his nick name.

I then gave a hug to the rest of the crew but I dint see khalil.

I then felt muscular arms wrap around me from behind.

khalil: congrats baby . he said kissing my neck.

me: Thank you lily. I said smiling innocently.

khalil turned me around so that we were face to face. He then put his hands on my lower back making us closer.

khalil: what i tell you bout calling me that ? he asked looking in my eyes. I blushed and looked down.

He lifted my chin up.

khalil: you know when we get home imma tear that thing up right? He whispered in my ear turning me on.

I blushed again.

me: Do whatever you like baby . I Moan into his ear knowing that I'm turning him on.

khalil : mmmm don't do that shit baby. he said warning me.

me: why not. I moaned in his ear again.

He grunted and I smirked while he looked defeated .

khalil: lest go . He said Pissed off cause i teased him.

khalil: umm yall we bouta head out. He told them.

Aaliyah:mmhmm. she said winking at me.

chris: celebration sex ? He asked and everyone laughed.

me: shut up chris . I said smaking the back of his head .

I then hugged everyone as khalil daped everyone.

we then got in his car and drove off.

As soon as we made it to his house he picked me up bridal style and brought me inside the house. He wasted no time pulling my dress off while I ripped off his suit.

That night we made love everywhere. The kitchen, living room, bathroom , you name it.
