harrystyles: I want to thank St. Jude Children's Research hospital for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime yesterday. The entire experience was extremely humbling. Seeing the small patients smile put into perspective how precious life truly is and how deserving these children are. They deserve a second chance at life. My new little friend, Emma, was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia. AML has caused her white blood cell count to decrease rapidly, therefore leaving her more susceptible to illness. She is a fighter. These kids showed me what it's like to enjoy life. These children have more courage than anyone I've ever met in my life. Their families have sacrificed everything for them to get the treatment they need; that is why St. Jude's provides complete, costless treatment to every patient in its care.
