Streching my body I relaxed my muscles and walked over to my cupboard, observing the uniform that hung in there in complete awe.
How, just how can a person regard this dress as a uniform?!?!?!!?! I mean just look at it! It was fabulous!
The satin black dress that hung on a hanger in my cupboard completely abandoned, glistened under the light that reflected from the window making it shine. It's soft fragile black material reached my waistline in loose folds, which was then adhered by a very fragile gaudy florescent orange material that reached a little above midthigh.Covering the intersection was a thin black belt showing that the dress had an hour glass figure. It's strapless-ness revealed my collar bones and also gave it a very elegent yet firm look. Along with it we had to wear black tights (ever heard of 'it is a uniform it's supposed to cover you not to show off your body' so... it must have probabally explained as to why we have to wear tights.)
Yes, pretty readers this party dress that I just described is our uniform! unbelievable right? hats off to the person who thought this dress was pretty as well as perfect for fighting during unexpected attacks.
There was a knock at my door as I continued to stare at the flawless dress reminding me of delicacy at the same time friery. " 'Arkwo 1397' to the meeting hall in 15 minutes!" knock, knock, knock knock, knock.uuurrgggghhh!
Being an Arkwo was indeed tiring. Sometimes I wish I were a human becuase their life is so relaxing and fun . On the other hand my life is completely hard, non-relaxing, and no fun. ALthough I'm 17 years old, I bet I work harder than a 30 years old in human world, I mean I have to practice that hard not work. No time for anything! believe me I'm not lying.

Changing from my tank top and shorts I was currently wearing I put on my uniform and twirled around infront of the mirror to have a once over. The dress fit perfectly showing my impeccable curves. If I ever go into the human world I'd join modeling. you know if any one wears pencil high heels on my so-called uniform they would look outstanding. hey! you have to thank me, that's an indirect compliment!
As my eyes drifted towards the crumpled pieces of paper called money that were kept on my dresser a sigh automatically escaped my lips, I just had $49 to spend. I want more money! and I'm going to get it!
Not that I have problem with $49 but every one was given a little more to spend than me because I was cussing about being waken in early morning and by early morning I mean 4:30am. Wait! that's not even morning, right?
Hmmm......I'm gonna hide my uniform and inform the office that I lost it . lolzz! that's not even believable. Anyways wether they believe me or not they will have to give me a new uniform and then I will sell the old one and get MONEY! yay! and then I would show off to my dorm mates about having more money because I saved them (they do that all the time). ha! another unbelievable lie. I never save money like N-E-V-E-R!
SELF NOTE:- practice how to lie smoothly and talk things that are not sensless.
I was going to pat myself on the back for the excellent self note I just made, when I spotted something on my bed,and that something is going to get me into trouble.
I rushed towards my bed quickly picking up the book I was currently reading and hid it. why the hell did I hide it ? I hid it because I sneeked in a human book here which is obviously not allowed.
Why? is that what you want to know? well firstly, I can't tell you every thing you want to know, secondly, even I don't know why we are not alowed to know about the human world.
Sure we look like them, we have 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 eyes, a nose, a mouth (consisting of a tongue, 32 teeth and pretty pink lips, just telling.) and a perfectly gender diffrentiated body which we cover with human clothes.
I know, I know that we are not allowed to know about human world, not allowed to act like them or even go to their school or do something similar to them. but we don't run a clothes factory to make our own clothes so we just bring them from humans and yeah! we even eat their food. Incase you want to know.
Comming to the main point as to how we are different from humans is our dependance on our 'power of heat.' We can't even survive in 20 degree celsius, because we freeze. Duh!
This is the only difference that changes our whole life!

Sighing and removing the thought of being a human. I twisted the door knob stepping out of my dorm room going to the assemby hall as there is some 'very important' message from wolqua's (our opponents and our born enemies)
walking down the passage I stopped between room nummer 1 and 2 . Should wake them up?
ummm.....No! Anyways they are hardly home. They always manage to sneek out. And if they are not up by now katherine will wake them up. Katherine is my mentor by the way, and she lives with us. Thinking this I released my walking.
Well, there's this rule that no Arkwo is allowed to live alone. 3 junior Arkwos are supposed to live with a senior Arkwo. precautions you know. Notice the sarcasm.
I hate this arrangement, why the heck 'live with one of your senior' thing when there hasn't been any attack since five years.

But I don't wanna go to the meeting I wanna finish reading that human story book. It's so damn interesting! If I get a sencond life I'd beg god to make me a human.
My watch started beeping startling me, as katherine spoke to me through it. Cool right? "where are you! don't you know it's late!"
" 'm comming katherine , 'm comming!"
with that I began dragging my feet toward the 'important meeting!'
