My heart felt like it was gonna burst. I couldn't help but blush and smile at his words.

He bounced his finger off my nose with a chuckle, "You're so adorable, look at that embarrassed little face."

I laughed, taking his hand in mine, fiddling with his fingers, "Remember when I spent the night and you had a dream?" He nodded. "It wasn't a dream...you were...you were gonna kiss me weren't you?"

He chuckled and shrugged, "Guilty...you were just sat there right in front of me with your hair all messy and your eyes were drowsy...like right now."

Kissing me once more, I melted beneath his touch, craving more. When we parted he closed his eyes a let out a soft chuckle, "We just screwed ourselves over big time."

"What do you mean?"

"Do you really think Amanda is gonna just be okay with the fact that we're into each other?" He pointed out.

Oh fuck, hadn't thought of that. And I know Amanda. I know that ever since we were young she's had an issue with the fact that I thought Calum was cute. So when he moved for med school, things fizzled out because I wasn't around him anymore. She's already made the snarky comment about how I 'laugh at everything he says' when we were watching Lady Bird.

"But I don't want this to stop..." I said, pouting.

He shook his head, "It doesn't have to. I live next door to you Daisy. I'm always nearby."

"So?"

"So," he started to explain, "We can just sneak around. You live in a one story home, I can easily get in. Plus, my room is on the first floor so it takes nothing for me to sneak out."

I smiled, nodding, "I guess you're right...and I kinda like the idea of sneaking around...it makes me feel badass."

He chuckled, grabbing my ass in order to lean me down onto the bed so he was on top of me, "That's right, because you're a bad, bad girl."

His lips brushed my neck and I felt his breath on me before he started to kiss it, gently sucking and moving his tongue around the sensitive skin.

I gasped in pleasure, pushing his head down to suck harder. Neck kisses were the best kisses. His lips trailed down to my clavicle, kissing the delicate area with a passion I'd never experienced before.

My back arched up at the feeling of his tongue on my skin as he pulled the neckline of my tank down, revealing my breasts to suck on as well.

I giggled and my phone pinged with a message. It was from Amanda.

I unlocked my phone to text back.

We should probably get home before Calum does. I don't want him to know we were here.

I snorted out loud at the message and Calum looked over, "What's so funny?"

I just showed him the screen and he laughed, "Well good luck with that....Yeah wait just a hot minute, why were you guys here in the first place?"

"Amanda..." I couldn't give up Amanda like that and tell Calum about Derek, "...Amanda's girl friend who graduated last year invited us."

He nodded, "I can't say I'm pleased that you two came, but who am I to criticize when I'm here too. And I mean...I guess things turned out alright in the end."

I smiled, "Even though I cut my leg open?"

"Even though you cut your leg open."

I replied to the text.

Ya sounds good be down in 5

I locked my phone and stood up from the bed, "Well, we're gonna head out. See you...tonight probably."

He laughed, "Yeah better get home before I find out you guys were here!"

As I slid my skirt back on I hissed in pain when it brushed against the wound, "Ow Jesus Christ!"

Calum nodded, "Yeah it was pretty gnarly, Be careful. You were so drunk last night you couldn't even feel a thing."

I zipped the skirt up and put my jacket on, "How did you even find me on the ground in the first place?"

"Well...I was standing to the side of the room when I saw you and you were dancing with some girl and I was....god this is dumb, but I was jealous, and then all of a sudden I just saw you fall down and I came over."

I slung my purse over my shoulder, "Yeah I would've been jealous too, that girl was super hot." I winked at him and he laughed as I started to head out, but he stopped me.

"Wait! Daisy, give me your number."

I told it to him as he typed into his phone and I went over to give him a quick kiss before I left.

I was careful to be quiet as I walked downstairs so I wouldn't wake other party goers that were asleep on the couches and the floor. Amanda was standing by the door and she opened it so I could follow suit.

We walked down the street, heels in hand, to her car and got in. She started it and laughed, "So I may or may not have fucked Derek."

"Yes! Good job!" I praised, laughing. She nodded, "Dear god he was amazing, I'm not exaggerating when I say this, but truly the best fuck I've ever had!"

"Wow, impressive. You think this'll become a steady thing?"

She thought for a second and nodded, "Actually yeah. Yeah I do. How bout you, any action?"

"Well I did dance with this one girl for a while but no, nothing else. I ended up actually going upstairs because I cut my leg on a broken vase so I bandaged it up, and then I just went to sleep."

She frowned, "Man that blows. Too bad, I was really rooting for you."

I shrugged, "Eh, what are you gonna do?" She looked over to me, "After you clean up and change do you wanna come over? Like later today?"

I thought about it and almost said yes just based on the prospect of Calum before stopping to strategize. Dad was at work until late tonight, he probably wouldn't be home until 10 or later. If I went to the Hood's house, I couldn't do anything with Calum...but if he came to my empty house...

"Sorry I can't, I have a lot of chores I need to get done."
