Great. Here I am. Sitting at the table. Looking at a peanut butter sandwich.

"Don't you like peanut butter?"

She didn't even ask if I had an allergy. And you could tell that she half-heartily cared about this session.
I take a giant bite of the sandwich before throwing it back down and leaving the table. This is the second time she's given up on trying to chase after me.

"We're getting somewhere" I hear here mumble to herself.

Over the past few visits though, my digestion is getting better. I could be greatly appreciative of that.

As I sit on the floor drawing like I was earlier, I hear my dad walk in.

"Oh hey Mike, what you doin?"she says flirtatiously. Causing me to roll my eyes to the back of my head.

"Just seein how everything was goin. What you doin over there Crystal, givin her a hard time?"he says half jokingly and half seriously.

I ignore it and continue what I was doing. They go on about my progress for today and schedule the next visit. As she leaves, I go back up to my room. Before I could make it, I am once again picked up.

"You ain't stayin in the room all day"

Great.

He looks at what I've been drawing and is in great shock, but I don't see why.

"You have neat lines and vibrant colors" he says searching the rest of them.

"I may just have to hang these up"

Now that truthfully did make me happy some.
I tear one out with the drawing of heart, surrounded by clouds, a set of wings, and a crown.

He immediately picks up a magnet and places it on the fridge.

"Your aunt LaToya's gonna love this. Speaking of her, have you two been getting along well?" I nod my head with no hesitation.

"I've always wondered about yall's conversations" he say slightly chuckling.

"None of your business,Mike" LaToya comes through with a stern, but jokingly statement.

He rolled his eyes and retrieved my drawings. I wanted to continue, but he just wanted to show everything off. Even though not all of them are finished.

"Oh my gosh these are beautiful!" She says in astonishment.

"Your voice is very irritating" my dad says
"You sound like Carol Brunette"

LaToya gives him an evil glare,"Shut up"

"Where's Janet? She still in her room?" He says

"Of course, she'd stay in bed all day if they could"

"Well, they ain't. I'm bout to go get her so we can all bond with Crystal. And I'm spending all the time with her that I can before she had to leave again."

He rushes upstairs as Aunt LaToya comes to sit immediately next to me.

"You doin alright?"

"Yeah, the therapist is irritating, but I hate to say that she is actually helping me some." I whisper back.

"Have you thrown up lately?"

"Every once in a while, but not as much as I used to"

"See, your gettin better by the minute. And then you could stop seein her for good"

"I don't think so"I reply hopelessly.

"Why is that?"

"Well, she keeps tryna hit on dad. And he's falling along with it." I say in frustration.

"Well, he is just a nice guy. You never know. I'll help keep an eye out. We'Lil bust this case together.

I hug her with joy. She is truely amazing. Soon Aunt Janet follows dad down the stairs.

"Mornin everyone" she says sleepily.

"Crystal go get changed, we're goin out today." I obey my dads orders. I have no idea where we're going.
