Half way on the walk to school Jack had started to bite his finger nails. Hiccup knew Jack only did that when he was nervous. "What are you so nervous about, Jack" Hiccup asked a little worried. Jack looked down at the short auburnette and looked him in those two beautiful emerald green eyes. Jack had wanted to ask Hiccup then and there but he knew it would tamper with what he had planned for after school.
Realizing he still hadn't answered Hiccup he finally said "Yeah I'm fine Hic just fine." Jack smiled that gorgeous smile that Hiccup lived to see Oh so much. Oh how Hiccup would love for him to ask him out but knew that he was much to popular to be seen with someone as nerdy as him. After all Jack never talked to him in school unless it was about class work.
When they finally got to school jack saw the other popular kids and left Hiccup making Hiccup feel his accusations were correct. Hiccup walked to his locker looking a bit sad about the whole situation. Little did he know what Jack had been planing for him.
