They know about Jada and they loved her Stoick and Valka Hiccup's mom and dad often called her their future daughter in law which makes him blush and embarrassed. " Hey babe I missed you so much." That's what everyone calls him because when they were little they loved dragons and Hiccup and her would look at books from his great great great grandfather now that they're older she can't wait to start her life with him having his children getting married to him she can't wait until that happens.
