The Butterfly Princess?

Chapter 8

Alpha Taz Jinx^^^

... I came to a stop at a gas station for gas and food, on a sign it said 2 miles till Detroit. I turn off the engine and run into the gas station, so nobody tries to steal my bike. I pay for gas, beef jerky, and a bottle of Mountain Dew before heading back out. I fill up my tank and pull out a few pieces of jerky before popping them into my mouth. I start up the engine before pulling out of the parking way and head towards the Silver Claw Pack. I could tell that I crossed into their territory when a chill ran down my spine. 

... After about five minutes I see a huge blue house with a few kids playing outside in the yard. I slowed to a stop near the driveway, where a blonde haired man stood. "Identification?" he says holding out his hand. I hand him my state ID and he says, "Alpha Taz is waiting for you at the door. Pull your bike in front of the house. There will people to grab your things and take your bike to the garage." "Alright, thank you," I say before riding up to the house and parking my bike in front of the huge house. 

... Soon the door opened and a few people walk out to help me out with my things. I hand one of the men my keys and say, "Don't reck my bike." He nods as the rest of the people grab the few bags that I have, taking them inside the big house. I see a man with semi-short dark hair and dark eyes waiting for me at the door. I can tell he is the Alpha by the strong aura pouring off of him. 

... I bow my head in respect before coming up to the door. "Hello, Macy, I have been expecting your arrival. Please come in," he says with a smile as he opens the door for me to come in. I walk through the door and reply, "Hello, Alpha Taz, I am Macy Marie, Beta Shawn's little sister." "I understand that you will be staying with us for a little while," he says closing the door behind me. 

... "That's right if you need anything just ask. I'm now in your debt," I say turning around to look at him. <He's nice, am I right Blaire?> "From what I can tell yes." 'Hush you two.'  "Come on we are about to have dinner," Alpha Taz says gesturing for me to follow him. As the kids started to come in they ran past us with big smiles on their faces. As I look around the house I see a beautiful chandelier hanging above us and modern furniture scattered about the room. He leads me through the hallways before stopping in front of a big door which said 'Kitchen/Dining Area' in cursive letters on it. 

... He pushes the door open and I was bombarded by the delicious smell of the different types of meats, Blaire starts to jump around in my head out of excitement. Many people were staring at me with a confused look. "Everyone, meet Macy, she will be staying with us for a while. She is from one of our neighboring packs, please treat her as you would like to be treated. If you won't you will be punished by me," he says as they all look over at me. I let my hair fall over my face as blush rises to my cheeks out of embarrassment. 

... I hear a few whispers and other people just talking amongst themselves as they all turn away from me. Taz leads me to a seat next to his at the head of the table, he sits down and I next to him. 'I'm guessing he is having us sit here for safety reasons.' <So nobody tries to bully us.> "Or he likes us." 'Don't go there Blaire, we just met him.' "Like you weren't thinking about it. We are connected remember." <Don't start Blaire.> "Fine."  A plate was set in front of me, "Thank you." The bowls start to circle the table as people start to make their plates. 

&&After Dinner&&

... Taz told me to wait by the door for him because he was going to take me to my room. I stand by the door as the pack starts to leave the room and head to do whatever they needed to. After a little while of waiting for him, he takes me throughout the house and leads me to a room on the third floor. "Here you go, this is your room. I will see you tomorrow at breakfast, it starts at nine. I will send someone to escort you," he says handing me a set of keys. "Alright, thank you, good night," I say taking the keys from his hand. "Good night Macy," he says before walking away. 

... I unlock the door to see my luggage and keys sitting on the big bed. The bed was a queen sized with fluffy red pillows and a black comforter. The walls were white with some simple paintings hanging on them. There were a closet and another door which seemed to be a bathroom from the shining tiles. I open my suitcase and pull out my pajamas along with my toothbrush before heading to the bathroom. I open the door to see a gold and white detailed mirror and sink. There was a waterfall shower a few feet away from the tub with a towel rack between them. The toilet was between the tub and the sink. I hurry to brush my teeth and get changed because I had forgotten to call Shawn when I got here. 

... I grab my phone from the bed and call Shawn, he answers with an attitude and we talk for a little while as I unpack my things and set it all up. I look out the window to see the moon shining brightly onto the field behind the huge house. I place my phone on the charger after Shawn is done talking and set an alarm for me to wake up in the morning. I then jump onto the huge bed and hurry to cover myself with the soft comforter before falling asleep instantly.
