The Butterfly Princess?

Chapter 13

... I wake up from the bright sunlight and the birds' beautiful tunes, I sit up and feel a strong arm wrapped around my waist and the fluffy grass still intact underneath me. I look over to see Taz staring at me with his hair in a mess and a few blades of grass in it. I use my fingers to gently take the blades of grass out of his hair. When my finger grazes his forehead I feel the sparks and blush rises to my cheeks. "Morning Macy," he says with a husky morning voice. I smile and look down into his eyes, "Morning Taz." He smiles and I notice we were still naked, I look around for the hoodie and grab it from the ground nearby. 

... "Can you let me go so I can get dressed?" I ask with a small smile. "Of course, but first you have to give me a kiss," he says with a smirk. I lean in and give him a kiss before he lets go and I stand up to throw the hoodie over my head. I slide it down my body so that it is fully extended then slip on the shorts as Taz puts his on. "We should get back to the pack house," I say looking around the woods. "Alright come on this way he says walking in a direction that felt right. I put my hand in his and we find our way back to the pack house. 

... "So what I am thinking is that you are my second chance mate," I say looking down at him as he helps me off of a tall rock. "Which means that you are now the Luna of the Silver Claw Pack. How does it feel?" he says with a grin on his face. "Not that much different but I do feel like everything is where it is supposed to be," I say as I jump over a big log. "When should we have the Luna ceremony?" he asks looking over at me. "I'm gonna need about a week to deal with my brother and things of that nature," I reply nodding my head. "So a week it is," he says with a chuckle. 

... As we approach the pack house I feel the connection with the pack stronger and the pain in my heart, from Nathan, grow weaker. "I have some things I need to do," he says looking over at me, "so why don't you go pack your things to move into my room?" "Yea, that's fine but what are people gonna think if you don't tell them we are mates until the ceremony?" I ask turning towards him. "They won't say anything, they don't like to dabble in my business," he says reassuringly. I hug him and he kisses my forehead before saying, "See you in a bit, I will be in my office." 

... We head our separate ways before I hear footsteps coming towards me. I look to where the steps are coming from and see Jay walking towards me, "Hey, what was that all about?" And he said they don't like to dabble in his business. Ha! "You have to promise not to say anything," I say. She nods her head fastly before calming down and tucks her hair around her ears so she can hear clearly. "Alpha Taz and I are mates," I whispered loud enough for her to hear. "So why aren't you guys telling everyone yet?" she asks furrowing her eyebrows. "Because I want to explain everything to my brother plus the ceremony will be next week," I reply with a smile. "So that means that you are our new Luna!!" she screeches. I cover her mouth with my hands before she told the entire pack house. "Yes," I whisper, "Now shut your big mouth." 

... She laughs and I lower my hands from her mouth, "Do you want to help me pack my things from my room?" I ask. "Sure," she replies before following me back to my room. I put on some music by Ne-Yo as we pack up the little bit of stuff that I had brought with me. She leaves as she gets mind linked to grab some things for the house after I thanked her for helping me of course.

... I head down to Taz's office and knock on the door, I open the door once I hear a "Come in," from him. "Hey, Alpha, I finished packing," I say with a small smile. He looks up at me and smiles before saying "You don't have to call me 'Alpha'. You are my mate, call me Taz or babe, just not Alpha." "Well then, babe, what are you working on?" I ask. "Some paperwork that the Hazel Night Pack sent me for the upcoming alliance between our packs," he says signing a paper that was laid out in front of him. 

... "I should be done with this in about an hour," he says, "How about I help you move your things in when I'm done?" "Ok but give me a kiss, I'm gonna go for a run," I say coming closer to him. I lean in kiss him before he deepens it and we let go. I head out of the room and down into the backyard before finding a big tree to change behind. I change into my wolf before putting my disguise on and running into the woods.
