I follow Master out of the room and down the stair case leading to the Grand Foyer. He allowed me to open my eyes while going down the stairs so that I didn't fall or get hurt. I know he does not want me to get hurt, especially when he's trying to surprise me. Once we reach the foyer though Master has me close my eyes again, this time with my free hand over them to prevent me from peeking. I blindly follow Master across the foyer until we come to a sudden stop.
I want to look so badly, but I know that if I do then Master will not follow through with the surprise. I also would probably get punished for disobeying him on such a special day. So I keep my eyes clamped shut tight as I hear five high pitched beeps then a heavy lock click as it came undone. Even with my eyes closed I can feel the suddent warmth on my skin as a gentle breeze of wind flows over me.
Master must have opened the door! That's not all though, I realize as Master proceeds to lead me out of the door and down a short set of three steps. I fight the urge to open my eyes and stare at the world outside of the house, knowing that Master will allow me to look soon enough. It is hard though, as the urge is very strong! I have not been outside since Master got me a year ago, and even then it was only for a few brief moments.
Master pulls me across the lawn swiftly, but I still manage to wriggle my toes in the grass for a moment before following along eagerly. Master stops walking and pulls me up to him, moving me so that I am in front of him. He slowly removes my hand, though my eyes are still closed, and lets it fall to my side.
"Pet," Master speaks softly, his voice mere inches from my ear. "I want you to open your eyes, but do so carefully. You have not been outside in a very long time, and it may hurt at first." I listen to Master and slowly crack my eyes open. The bright light fills my vision and engulfs everything, the entire world around me turning a bright white-yellow. My hand reaches out and clutches at Masters as my eyes attempt to adjust. Once they do, I am able to look around me.

We are in the center of the most beautiful rose garden I have ever seen! There are brilliant green hedges lining a two-tiered fountain in the middle, and we are on a brick path that circles the fountain. Around the path are more vibrant green hedges, speckled with beautiful pink roses. Behind Master, the way we had come, stood a black arch covered in pink rose vines. The garden is absolutely perfect, and I feel as though I cannot speak.
Master watches me carefully and I can't help but to hug him. "Thank you!" I shout happily as I wrap my arms around Masters waist. Master hesitates for only a short moment before wrapping his arms around me as well.
"Anything for you my pet," Masters voice is soft, his tone so caring and loving. I know that he did not have to bring me out here, but I love that he did. I love that he wanted to share this wonderful place with me. Master must truly love me to share this place with me, and I want Master to know that I love him too!
"I love you Master," I say in the happiest voice I have had in quite a while. "I love this place, and I love that you shared it with me, and I love you!"
