A/N: So sorry I haven't been updating!!! (If you've already read my WOF ships book, then you know the reason why.) Hope you like!!!

For the next few weeks, scrolls from all over Pyrrhia could be seen heading toward one place:the rainforest.

Of course, many dragons wondered at this. It had long been rumored that RainWings didn't know how to read.

So why were so many scrolls being brought to the rainforest?

The answer was one word:Stargaze.

                                                              ***

I sighed as I rolled yet another scroll up.

"Nothing."

Queen Glory and I had been searching for three weeks for any mention of who was supposed to be the NightWing queen. Battlewinner knew how to cover up her tracks, however: so far, nothing had been found.

I, of course, remembered that the NightWing lineage scroll I read mentioned a Princess Twilight, but that wasn't much help. It was obvious that she was either dead or else didn't know who she was. And, anyway, Twilight was a common name; many dragons had it.

I was about to give up when suddenly an object caught my eye.

It was a scroll amidst a pile of them, but something was different about it. It was yellow and wrinkled with years of wear, whereas the others were smooth and white.

I grabbed the scroll and unrolled it, my talons shaking with anticipation.

Never-Before Revealed Secrets About The Seven Tribes, it read.

My eyes desperately scanned the scrolls' contents, eager to discover something, anything, about the NightWing royal lineage. Finally, my eyes spotted a headline, Is Queen Battlewinner Really The Queen?

As I continued reading, it said:

For a long, long time, almost everyone believed that Queen Battlewinner was the daughter of  Dreamcatcher and  Midnight. Recent discoveries, however, show that Battlewinner isn't actually related to either one of them. Rumor has it that she had an animus, Stonemover, enchant everyone in the NightWing tribe so they thought she was the rightful heir after she killed Dreamcatcher in a despicable and cowardly way. The real heir, Princess Twilight, is yet to be found...she has been missing for years...She was last seen in an underground cave with her sister...

I dropped the scroll, my heart pounding.

I knew exactly who Twilight was.

She was my long-lost aunt.

                                                                   ***

I remembered the story clearly; my mother had recounted it to me countless times.

One night, before the NightWings found this island, my mother used to tell, Twilight and I went on a walk. There was this underground cave that was rumored to have treasure, piles, and piles of gold and precious jewels. Me and my sister, being only three at the time, wanted to see it for ourselves. We entered the cave, our fire illuminating our surroundings. We didn't find anything, so we kept going deeper and deeper. I was a few steps ahead of  Twilight when suddenly I heard an eardrum-blasting scream. I turned around and ran back, but suddenly the screaming stopped, and my sister was nowhere to be seen.

After that, my mom went on and on about how she had spent days trying to find Twilight but failed. Finally, convinced that she was dead, she gave up.

Even when I was younger, the story hadn't made much sense. How could someone just...vanish like that?

Now, though, it was crystal-clear.

Stonemover made her disappear using his animus powers. In fact, he probably made her and my mom forget they were ever royalty in the first place.

I stood up and took a deep breath. I knew what I had to do.

I have to find Stonemover. I have to force him to reveal where Twilight.

Queen Battlewinner's reign is over.

There's a new heir in town.
