The house was a mess and on the floor of her bed room, Alexa was lying still in her wedding dress and crying since yesterday.
Alexa was feeling so sick and powerless as losing her fairy power made her so weak. Not only losing her power, but losing AJ too was too hard for her.
She couldn't even stand up or bring herself a glass of water, she looked like a fish out of water.....as if she was about to die!
"In Dean's Office"
Dean's boss entered so Dean stood up.
"Well done, Mr. Ambrose! You proved your faith and loyalty to your job! I have never thought you would be able to find your friend and bring him back." He said.
"Thank you, sir!" Dean said but he didn't look happy.
"You are getting a promotion at the end of the month....congratulations, Mr. Ambrose." The boss said and he left.
After he left, Tyler and Fandango entered as they were overhearing what the boss said.
"Mr. Ambrose!! Congratulations!" Fandango said.
"You deserve this promotion." Tyler said.
Dean didn't answer and didn't even look at them.
There was a knock at the door and it was Dean's wife, Renee. Tyler and Fandango left when Renee entered.
"Dean! Congratulations! I heard you will get a promotional." Renee said in excitement.
Dean didn't answer again.
"Are you not happy?" Renee asked.
"Happy?! Happy for a promotional I got because I arrested my best friend? Seth deceived me....but I am not sure if I am happy after I arrested him or not." Dean said.
"You did the right thing....Seth made a mistake when he escaped, and just like you did the right thing as a police officer, you will do the right thing as a friend and will help Seth get out of prison legally." Renee said patting on Dean's shoulder so Dean smiled at her.
