I wake up in this neat, small, basic hotel room I was confused because i normally wake up on the forest floor with blood all over me but there was no blood and no dead body. i had a shower and headed out of the hotel. I looked around the street and it was amazing there was music art  people laughing having a good time. I saw this man painting and i decided to ask him where i am " excuse me sir sorry for bothering you, do you know where i am?" I asked him he laughed " well young lady your in new Orléans." he said with smile. i stubbled backwards in shock "do you know where the nearest bar is?" I quickly said he pointed to this small bar.

I walked in sat down and ordered bourbon because i was really freaked and stressed out the bartender was a pretty young brown haired girl. i needed blood badly. the bartender left and walked around a corner witch I fallowed her, i compelled her not to scream and started drinking from her. I heard the bar door open and quickly looked who it was and there stood Klaus.  he looked for the bartender and spotted me drinking from her i vamped speeded away from him and rounded a corner. i looked back and laughed because he didn't come after me.

i was walking down the alley way and i suddenly was pinned to the wall "leaving so soon love?" Klaus whispered in my ears i pushed him off of me " hello to you to Klaus, what do you want?" I said annoyed and scared because i haven't seen him since the "thing" in the forest  " if i may ask why are you here?" he asked "I've been having these weird black outs i wake up miles away from my home covered in blood and normally a dead body beside me." I told him and I could see he was worried  and smiled in my head at the thought. "Caroline you should stay at my place i have a witch that could help your problem." he suggested " I think im okay since my mother died its been happing because i think I'm close to turning off my humanity." I said to him " I'm hosting a ball this evening would you like to come love?"

" sorry to break it to you but i  wasn't planning to come here so i didn't pack anything to go to a fancy ball." i said looking deep in his eyes. he smirked at me " i got that covered love." he said smiling "ugh fine but I'm not staying long." i said annoyed.

i got to my hotel room and spotted a box on my bed I looked at it confused. I walked over and opened it to find a beautiful blue gown there was a note I read it knowing it would be Klaus I smiled. my phone rang and i saw it was Stefan I ignored it, i wasn't feeling like dealing with Elena crap. i put on the gown it fitted me perfectly hugging all my curves in the right spots.

I headed out shortly after.

I arrived at the mansion and was amazed at the beauty in the house. i entered the house looking up at all the bright lights shining down at me. i felt people staring at me mostly the men and i tried to hide the blush on my face. i walked around and quickly saw Klaus looking handsome in his tux he noticed me and looked me up and down we walked over to each other and smiled "good evening love." he held my hand and kissed it gently I blushed he smirked music started playing and he offered his hand to me i took it and he lead me to the dance floor.

as we were dancing he started talking " you know love its not safe for you here all of my enamines know who you are, they can quickly attack you and capture you, and i never want that to happen." he said shyly " Klaus I know how to protect myself , you don't need to worry." i said smiling at him he were reading each others eyes when my phone started ringing i sighed and walked out of the mansion.

" what do you want Tyler." i said angrily

" you've been dodging all of my calls care." he growled

" i wonder why oh right you cheated on me! why would i talk to you when i have nothing to say to you." i said

" i miss you care and i know i screwed up but i love you, im in love with you." he said softly through the phone.

" if you loved me you wouldn't of- i was cut off by something in my mouth it was burning causing me to scream my phone dropped and shattered. i tried to fight whoever it was off but they were too strong.
