Klaus pov

I arrived at the center of new orleans hundreds of marcels men were there glaring at me some grinning, I gave them all the death stare " where is marcel, im here that's what he wanted right you don't have to have Caroline when you have me." I yelled with full anger by eyes started to grow yellow " there he is the man of the hour, I knew you would come." marcel appeared  with a grin " in  about 10 seconds im  going to snap my fingers so that my men will rip you to pieces." he smirked " well sorry to break it to you marcel but I've  been supernaturally blessed with the advantage of not being able to die, so your men better fight hard. shall we?" I smirked and that second he snapped his fingers and all of them started attacking me. its been about 20 minutes half of his men were dead, I finished the last one and looked at marcel that was furious.

he pounced on top of me and dove his hand to cup my heart I yelled in agony when I saw something pull him off of me I looked in front of me and saw Caroline punching marcel in the face with all her might, she upper cut him with her knee and blood went every where out of marcels nose  she looked up at me for a second than back at marcel that was already on his feet "huh you are one strong human, ah right your a human witch means I could kill you in a blink of an eye, foolish of you to come here." marcel said whipping away the blood from his nose. "now!" I he yelled and than I could see a witch preforming something I looked up at Caroline I ran to her but was blocked by an invisible wall.

" Caroline!" I yelled with pain in my voice I looked up at her and she gave me a faint smile but was stopped by marcel grabbing her by the throat " hmm its sad you have to die this way, but this will teach Klaus a lesson." he said with a smirked tightening his hands around her neck " marcel please I promise I will leave forever I give you my word please don't hurt Caroline." I yelled with agony " very well." he said letting Caroline go of his hold on her she gasped for air and looked at me " actually I want you to suffer I don't want you to have a happily ever after." he grinned he dove his hand into Caroline's chest  "NO!" I yelled she gasped and then looked at me " I-I l-love you t-too." she said with a smile and then fell to the ground as marcel ripped her heart out and was now holding it in his hands.

"NO CAROLINE" I yelled with pain and agony the wall had diapered and so had marcel I ran to her and fell to the ground with her in my lap " no no Caroline please come back to me please I beg you." I said now crying I shook her but she lied there motionless in my lap " I love you, I love you so much I will find a way to bring you back I don't care how long it takes, I will love you for eternity." I said crying I carried her body back to my mansion I opened the door to see every one walking and pacing around the room worried probably about me and Caroline they all looked and smiled for a second until they realized I was holding Caroline's lifeless body in my arms  I placed her down on the couch " NOO" Rebekah screamed and ran towards Caroline's body on the couch Elijah was right behind her wiping away the tears from his eyes

" w-who did this to her!" Rebekah screamed " marcel" I said crying and looking away " I tried to save her but there was an invisible wall so I couldn't stop him, she saved my life." I said sobbing " Nicklaus we will find a way to bring her back." Elijah said with a faint smile " what if we cant what if there isn't another way?!" I screamed in pain " Nicklaus there's always another way we will bring her back I assure you." Elijah said hugging his brother.
