Caroline pov

i started getting use to being a human again not my favourite but at least I'm alive. i always need to have someone with me because this place is crowded with vampires and werewolf's so its not safe for a human here. i was with Klaus at the bar normally talking having a good time when suddenly i see a attractive man staring at me, he had light brown skin and brown eyes. i blushed and looked back at Klaus witch was staring at me deeply with a hint of madness in him.

" what's wrong Klaus." i asked confused " did you just blush over marcel, he hates my guts." Klaus said in a soft yet firm tone " once i came back he took over this town, ever since i  returned he wanted me dead for coming back." Klaus said taking a sip of his drink. i looked back at marcel and he signaled for me to go to the stage with him. " ill be right back Klaus." i said firmly and walked quickly away from him " hello marcel Klaus told me all about you." I said he grinned making my knees weak "well you should know that i don't like him, i can tell he likes you a lot, and i want to make him jealous and mad, and your gonna help." he grinned " and why and how would i do that."

he smirked and pointed towards the stage " really were going to sing, how is that gonna make him mad." i said " well i got the right song." he grinned " im not doing this and you cant make me." "oh i can if you don't ill kill him tonight right in front of you." he smirked i wasn't taking any chances so i did what he told me to do. 

we got up on stage and I could feel Klaus glaring at marcel he picked the song called " the way you make me feel" by Michael Jackson he started to sing " hey pretty baby with the high heels on you give me fever like ive never, ever known your just a product of loveliness I like the groove of your walk, your talk, your dress." he finished I was swaying my body to the beats and started "I feel your fever from Milles around ill pick you up in my car and well paint the town just kiss me maybe and tell me twice that your the one for me." I finished singing and then a different voice came up  it was Klaus he was striding his way over to me with a smirk " the way you make me feel, you really turn me on, you knock me off my feet now baby my lonely days are gone." he sang while on his knees grinning up  at me.

marcel was furious and left the stage so me and Klaus finished the duet, he grabbed my waist and did a French dip. he had his stupid grin on his face and I rolled my eyes. everyone clapped and cheered at us and we both bowed. " why would you come up." I asked staring into his blue eyes " I wouldn't let marcel have the satisfaction on getting me jealous, your voice was beautiful love." he said with a smirk " thank you, yours wasn't bad after all." I said with a grin. we both walked out into the streets laughing, we were heading back to his mansion when all of a sudden someone grabbed me and vamped in front of Klaus " Caroline! if you hurt her so help me ill rip your liver out." he yelled at the man holding his had near my heart "I don't think that's a good idea you see if you don't want caroline to die right in front of your eyes leave new  Orleans. let this be a message." marcel appearing with a grinned and nodded towards the man that was holding me.

next thing I know he stabbed me with a pocket knife 5 times in the stomach " caroline no!" Klaus yelled with pain in his voice I fell to the ground in pain. Klaus vamped to me and held my head in his lap, he quickly gave me his blood to fix my wounds.
