The Calm After the Storm

Frieza was panting on the ground, groveling at the feet Vegeta who showed little to no mercy. The Saiyan prince smirked at finally getting the chance to be the one to put this merciless bastard down. He took the opportunity of Frieza's drowsiness to gut punch him hard in the stomach before slugging him again across the face. Frieza stumbled, however, Vegeta wasn't through with him just yet, kicking throughout the sky numerous of times as if he were a soccer ball being tossed around by a child. Vegeta vanished behind Frieza one more time, this time ramming his foot in his back so hard that Frieza impacted the Earth like an asteroid. The emperor struggled to get up, falling to his knees as his golden form failed him while the Saiyan prince landed in front of him, towering his pathetic state with folded arms. His smirk was taunting, amused at how defeated Frieza was, "How does it feel, Frieza? To be humiliated by a 'monkey'? It must be really frustrating for someone with your ego.". Frieza snarled at him, his eyes growing feral and red with anger.

"Shut your filthy mouth, monkey prince!" Frieza shouted, firing a death beam at the Saiyan out of frustration. Vegeta continued to smirk, merely deflecting it to the side before proceeding to pummel Frieza into the ground with a flurry of fists. The ground shattered at the final punch, the emperor gagging with a frequency that is only attainable through pain. Vegeta flew into the air, floating above his own handy work as Frieza laid there paralyzed and helpless.

The prince laughed at his victory, mocking Frieza for his defeat, "Seeing you struggle really does put me in a good mood! When I get home, I am most certainly taking Trunks to the park! Now time for I, the prince of all Saiyans, to avenge his fallen race like it was supposed to be!" Vegeta claimed, extending his hand while powering up his Super Saiyan Blue aura. Frieza could only look up at his pending death, his body refusing to cooperate with him. The last thing he could hear was the sound of Vegeta's enthusiastic roar.

"BIG BANG ATTACK!"

Before his eyes was a large energy ball of destructive energy rushing towards him. His face twisted into fear, the blast immediately colliding into his body. His body was pushed even deeper into the ground, the blast enveloping him and causing him excruciating pain, "Uwaaaaah.....Graaaaaaaaagh.....!". His screams brought music to his ears as the attack exploding, eradicating everything including Frieza's body. A large cloud of smoke encased the area as Vegeta floated above, his face full of satisfaction for finally getting the kill that he deserved.

"Hmph, about time I gain this satisfaction. Hmmm?" Vegeta muttered, until he noticed a large beam penetrate the atmosphere before fading away at the same time Cell's ki signature diminished. He smirked, knowing that they would do it, "It seems that Kakarot and the other took care of their part which leaves me to go home and enjoy the rest of my day. Perhaps the park by that high school shall suffice.". With his vendetta settled, he took of into a flare of ki, flying his way home to his family.

Back at the even more destroyed city....

Kuzuku arms were still in firing position, the remaining remnants of his attack coming from his hands fading away. Around him were blue particles of energy, something that would marvel little children as if they were fireflies glistening in the night. The Saiyan felt his body shake, struggling to support itself after sustaining such damage. Kuzuku's arms plopped to his sides, his head still tilted towards the sky. He deformed, his black spiky hair now messy enough to hide his eyes. Shortly, the dark cloudy skies parted, revealing rays of sunlight to creep through and beam down on the city. A smile formed on his face as soon as one of the rays touched upon him, as if it were telling him, "You've done a good job. Now, you can rest easy...". With that thought passing through his mind, he freely fell onto his back, the smile still there even after collapsing. 21 and everyone else grew worried, and started to rush to his side all together.
