The Following Day After Returning From Training....
It was a fresh new day for the Saiyan who had just returned from his long training trip. For once, he wasn't waking up to a bucket of water that Piccolo kept on him at all times. Probably because he wasn't one to be prone to waking up early. Other than that, he felt rejuvenated enough to actually wake up on time for once. His black and orange hoodie rustled with the wind along with his baggy black sweatpants. It didn't take him long for him to land on the roof of his school, the thick orange soles of his black boots touching the ground as light as a feather. He took in the nice fresh air, his body satisfied by the feeling of the world around him, "Wow, I can't believe how light I am. For once I'm not struggling to breath due to how light the air is."
With that thought in mind, he made his way towards the door and down the staircase before the late bell had rung. He hummed a tune that was rather cheerful due to his growing excitement. However, he did begin to notice something odd. No, it wasn't the feeling of something bad was going to happen and he would have to bolt out of the school and take care of it. It was the odd stares he was getting as he trotted down the hall.
"Hmmm, I wonder what they are staring at me for? Maybe they are surprised I am back in school or something?" Kuzuku thought.
The moment he pushed those thoughts to the back of his mind, he noticed that he was already in front of his classroom door. He sighed with relief and smiled, opening the door with confidence. But, something immediately confused him. The first thing he saw was something that only some twisted scientists could accomplish. In simultaneous motion, the vast majority of the class turned their eyes towards him and grew silent. It was uncomfortably awkward and made the Saiyan feel uneasy.
He nervously chuckled, raising his hand up as if he was greeting them, "Uh, H-hey guys. Lo--long time no see?". There was no response as immediately they all went back to their normal conversation. Now this was starting to become oddly suspicious. Being his second defense mechanism, he spotted his friends who were motioning him to hurry and take his seat. Kuzuku nodded, walking up the stairs as the unconscious staring grew more intense. The moment he sat down with his friends, he couldn't help but search for answers to some of his daunting questions.
"Okay, mind filling me in? Why is everyone looking at me like I am some weird alien or something?" Kuzuku asked.
Vincent facepalmed at how dense he was at times, "First of all, you are. Second, it's obviously about Ryusika unless you've forgotten?"
"Yeah, since you two never became official, everyone in school have been wondering what's your current relationship with her. Especially since you pretty much went into hiding for two days," Kize added.
Kuzuku raised an eyebrow, still confused about some other things, "If that's the case, then why do I feel like these glares of hostile? Do they think I somehow won her over or dumped her?".
"Hmmm, kinda both which is not good if you asked me," Liz answered.
The Saiyan went pale at her reply, "Wait, what do you mean not good? I thought I was going to be completely fine?!"
"Quiet down, geez for someone as strong as you I'm surprised you are so worried. Look, most of the boys worship her like she is some goddess. They would do anything to be with her and desperately be her knight in shining armor. Unfortunately for you, that comes with justice warriors that think making her cry is a crime...Let's not forge----" Liz explained until she was cut off by Kuzuku's muttering.
If he was pale before then he was most certainly now, "No, no, no, I can see where this is going. If I dumped her then they'd think I made her cry. But If I didn't and I am actually official then I'll end up being target or even worse: the next Glade.".
