"Hey shit heads!"(This is the asshole of the school, Rick)

" Shit, this guy."(This is my friend Joeseph, but we like to call him Joey)

"Why can't he take a fucking hint."(Thats me Hunter Reed, I'm a senior in Crossmore High, Joey was in the same class as me at the start of school since we were freshmen, so we became friends.)

Rick ran up to them and clapped them both on the shoulders, "Hey, whats wrong, don't wanna talk today? To bad I'm talking and your gonna listen." I wanted to punch him so bad it almost hurt, but he kept rambling on about late homework and, wait did he just say that he was moving.

"Wait, did you say you were moving?"
I said with obvious exitement.

"No I said I needed help moving furniture and needed your help," Rick said laughing like we were friends.

"I uh, I can't, I have to help my dad with the garage" said Joey hastily.

Rick looked at me and said,"Can you help or you got something to do too."

"Sorry, but I can't, I got to finish homework and help with my dad's boat."I answer as sympatheticly as possible.

"Ok then, bye."

When he was out of earshot Joey exhaled and said "Finally, he's gone. So do you really have to help with the boat."

"Do you really need to clean a garage?" I joked. We both laughed and walked to our houses, we lived down the street from each other so we hung out often."See ya later, Joey" I walked down the street to my house and saw a man in his thirties on my roof.

"Hey Hunt, wassup!"(This is my dad Albert Reed, he makes good money as a indoor and outdoor repairman. He likes to call me Hunt, I don't mind it too much)

"Hey, what's wrong with the roof?"

"There was a leak so im patching it up, wanna help?"

"No, I'm going to the lake," I like going there because there in no noise exept the water hitting the side of the little boat I use, well it's not little, but compared to the family one, it's small.

-------------------On the lake----------------

When I got to the lake I pushed the boat into the water and hopped in. Once I got to the middle of the lake I put the oar down and laid back and got lost in thought, but something was pulling at my mind, almost calling to me. I sat up slowly and looked around me then under the boat. A dim light, throbbing red. I was curious as to what it was, and then I dove in.
