Chapter 28

Ally's pov

Todays thusday the 10th. It's been 1 year already. She grew up so fast. Today's Ava's 1st birthday. I can't believe it. She's truly a beautiful girl she has Nash's eyes and his smile. I haven't talked to him since I got my memory back. I finally worked up the nerve to call him and tell him about Ava. He's probably seen pictures of her but he's never met her. Cameron told me that Nash moved that day. it was hard to believe. but i was glad. it was better for both of us. I've been closer to Cameron and we moved in together about 5 months ago. He's so good with Ava, I'm pretty sure she thinks of him as a dad mostly because there so close and i often hear her call him daddy or dada.

My parents are going to visit this weekend. For her birthday party. In pretty excited.

Finally I decide to call the number that has been stuck in my mind for so long. I hear it ringing until a voice finally answers. "hello" I say in a shakes voice "Ally" Nash asks and a smile covers my face "yes" I say and try not to cry. I've missed him so much. "oh my god how have you been" he says "really good how about you" I say with a smile on my face "good I've been busy" he says and I hear a small voice. I don't know who it is nor should I worry about it. "Listen it's going to be Ava's first birthday and well I was thinking maybe it was time you met her" I say biting my lip. The phone goes silent "really" he says excitingly "yes" I say "ill be there as soon as I can" he says "ok bye" I say "bye" he says and hangs up.

Well that went well. Before I can do anything else I hear Ava cry. I walk into her room and pick her up carrying her to the kitchen. I put her down in her high chair and feed her some food.

Minutes later I hear a knock on the door. I peek through the whole and see that it Nash. What his did he get here so fast. I open the door and before I could say hi he gives me a hug. "How'd you get here so fast" I finally ask "well I was staying at A hotel near by and when you called I decided to come now" he says "oh ok" I say "come in have a seat" I say and he sits on the small couch "wow this place hasn't changed that much" he says looking around "ya I didn't really feel like redecorating or adding new stuff" I say and I start hearing Ava cry "ill be right back" I say and quickly walk to the kitchen. I pick Ava up and and walk into the living room

"Nash this is Ava Rose Rodriguez" I say and his face light up "can I hold her" he says "of course" I say and gently give her to him. "oh my god she's beautiful" he says and tickles her. I sit and smile admiring them. She sits on his lap and she grabs his hand. "Aw your so cute" Nash says and she giggles. I hear a knock on the door and go and open it.

"Hey" I say greeting Cameron "how are you" he says as we both walk into the living room "I'm pretty good" I reply and I see Ava's eyes light up when she sees Cam. She instantly reaches her arms out for him to pick her up. Cam looks at Nash before he picks her up and Nash nods. Cam spins her around and kisses her cheek. He's always been so sweet and caring towards Ava. Cam takes her to her room leaving me and Nash alone to talk.

It's pretty silent until he finally speaks up. "I'm so sorry for leaving you here by yourself it's just I couldn't handle how much I hurt you I just had to leave" He says looking me in the eye

"It's ok at least were fine now... right?" I say. I've gotten over everything and realized everything was for the best.

"Right" he says and his phone starts ringing "excuse me" he says while getting up and walking to the kitchen. it's really nice seeing Nash again he really hasn't changed except for the fact that he has a blonde streak in his hair. Which to me personally makes him even more attractive.

You know over the past year I've really matured and now realize that everything happened for a reason. I am broken from my thought when I over hear Nash talking
