After a week of Lisa trying to find out what she really felt for her best friend. A week of avoiding every interaction that she may encounter with Jennie.

She tries to distance herself from Jennie, she wants to clarify what she really felt for the girl.

But she failed, up until now, she's still confused about what she felt.

She really felt guilty when she saw how eager Jennie trying to get close to her.

"I'm a bad friend" Lisa whispered and massage her temple. She's laying in her room and closes her eyes.

She can clearly remember how Jennie pouts when Lisa decline Jennie's offer of going home together. Lisa clearly remembers her cute pout, Lisa did notice a small smile formed on lips.

"Dang, she's cute" She whispered again while she stands up and peaks on her window.

The view from her window was Jennie's veranda. Lisa once again smiles when she remembers how Jennie and she met on that exact same veranda.

She stops smiling when she noticed that the door from the veranda is slowly opening. She closes her window and leans on her wall with her heart pumping hard.

Lisa hits her face gently. "Why the hell are you nervous seeing Jennie? She's your friend, stop whatever you feel" Lisa complained to herself.

She didn't want to feel something for Jennie. She just wants to be friends with her but why is it so hard just to be just friends with her.

She wants to be with Jennie. She doesn't want to avoid her anymore but every time she's around, Jennie gave her a heart attack.

Every time she smiles, she laughs, and just being with Jennie, Lisa felt that her heart is going to explode. Her heart hurts from beating so hard.

"How do I stop myself from feeling this way?" Lisa said with a frustrating tone.

At the end of their classes, Lisa quickly fixed her things before Jennie came. She looks around trying to find Jennie but she was not there anymore.

'Maybe she left' Lisa thought.

Even though she's avoiding her best friend, she still wants to see her. She missed her already. One week is too long to endure. But she can't be with Jennie, not now that she's having her feelings clear.

Lisa startled when Jennie suddenly shows in front of their door and blocking her way.

"Why are you avoiding me?" Jennie asked in a serious tone while staring at Lisa's eyes.

Lisa tries to avoid the eye contact that Jennie gave but her eyes are magnet to Jennie's eyes. Lisa gulped while staring at those eyes.

"I-I'm not avoiding you" She stuttered.

"Is there any problem? You can always talk to me" Jennie said in a softer tone. She tries to hold Lisa's hands but Lisa steps back trying to avoid any contact with her. "Did I do something wrong?" Jennie said with the cracked tone this time. And bowed her head.

She also frustrated by how Lisa avoids her. She's not used to being away with Lisa to long. She always wants to be with her best friend too.

"You don't do something bad," Lisa said and Jennie looks up at her. 'It's me who's feeling things I shouldn't feel' Lisa thought.

"Then what is it?" Jennie asked. Lisa looks away from Jennie's stare. "You're making me crazy, Liz. Please tell me what is it?" Jennie again asked.

'You're making me feel crazy too, Jen' Lisa thought. A lot of words she wants to tell Jennie but she can't. She can't just tell her everything she wanted.

"It's nothing, Jennie. Stop worrying" Lisa said. She hated herself first before she pushes Jennie softly to make her way out.

She never did that with Jennie and for sure Jennie was a bit shocked by what she did.

On their PE class, Lisa sits far from Jennie. They usually sit beside each other.

Jennie's mind was flying somewhere else. She's still thinking of any valid reason why Lisa was avoiding her.

She sighed when she can't think of any reason why Lisa is avoiding her. She glanced a look at Lisa's direction, the girl was busy watching the volleyball match. She pouts when she Lisa didn't even glance a look on her.

Lisa's eyes went on Jennie's direction and it made Jennie smiles. 'Finally' She thought. But a ball suddenly hits her head, Lisa was not intentionally looking at her but Lisa was following the ball's direction.

Everyone was shocked by the incident. Everyone tries to help Jennie and asking her if she's alright.

Jennie felt dizzy because of the ball. Their instructor ordered someone to help Jennie go to the infirmary. She wished that at least Lisa would volunteer to help her but she didn't.

Jennie was hurt seeing her best friend having no care at all. 'Maybe she doesn't want to be friends anymore' Jennie thought.

In the infirmary where Jennie was fast asleep. Lisa took a deep breath before entering the room.

Lisa saw her best friend on the bed, sleeping heavily. Lisa touches Jennie's face while looking at her worriedly.

"Are you hurt?" She whispered trying not to wake up Jennie. "Tell me where it hurts and I'll ease the pain" Lisa added and brushed her thumb on Jennie's face.

After Jennie got hit by the ball Lisa didn't know what to do, she wants to help her but she can't. And hated herself from not helping her.

"Sorry for avoiding you, sorry for being a coward, and sorry for making you worry," Lisa said and get near Jennie's face.

She observes every detail that Jennie has. From her cat-eyes to her dumplings cheeks, Jennie might hate her cheeks but for Lisa it's perfect. Everything about her is perfect.

"For now on, I'll stop avoiding how I feel for you. I'll accept that I like you" Lisa said and place a kiss on Jennie's forehead carefully and not waking up her best friend.

After Jennie's nap, she slowly opens her eyes. She was shocked seeing Lisa on a chair and staring at her.

"You startled me" Jennie stated.

"Does it still hurt?" Jennie saw the concerned look on Lisa's eyes. Jennie shakes her head as her answer. "Do you want to walk home with me?" Lisa asked.

"Are you not mad at me anymore?" Jennie asked while raising an eyebrow on Lisa. Lisa shakes her head and held Jennie's hands.

"I'm sorry for avoiding you," Lisa said with sincerity on her tone and pouts. Jennie smiled seeing her old best friend back. Jennie places her hand on the top of her head before messing her hair.

"Next time, tell me if something's bothering you, alright?" Jennie asked and Lisa nods in her answer.

"I will, I won't do it again," Lisa said.

Jennie raised her pinky on Lisa. "Promise?" She asked.

Lisa place her pinky on Jennie's and made a pinky promise with her.

"Promise"
