I ship this because I feel as though they'd fit quite well together. Iruma displays some sort of attraction to Kaede. One, she blushes when Kaede begs to her. Two, Miu wants to see if the wax Kaede has underwear (pervy Miu). And third, she sweats when Kaede holds her hand. There's other examples on the wiki.
When it comes to Kaede's feelings, she is very sympathetic and gives her advice to be better at communicating. Besides with Kaede saying stuff like "you have a strange, almost sexy aura" to Tsumugi, I think Kaede is a bit of a pervert herself.
