Kate's POV.

"Where are you going?" My mom questions right when she see's me walking down the stairs.

"Over to Justin's." I respond. I haven't seen Justin since Friday because he was busy yesterday.

"You've been going over there a lot lately." She suspiciously says as then grabs her jacket from the chair.

"Yeah, he's a good friend." I lie.

He's not a bad friend but that's not why I've been going over there.

"Mmm...Alright well I'm going to meet your father at work so I'll see you tonight for the fathers day dinner." She tells me and I nod in response.

I knew that she would either be at work or on her way there and that's why I'm going to Justin's because we've never had sex with my parents in the house.

Although my parents wouldn't be able to hear us, I wouldn't want to risk anything so I usually just go over there when my parents are about to leave for work so they sometimes see me going but they think we're just friends.

We are just friends but we do a whole lot more than what friends do.

I start to walk over to where Justin lives and once I get closer, I hear that he's not alone.

I hear another male voice but that doesn't stop me from going inside.

I open the door without knocking because Justin said there's really no point and sometimes he just doesn't feel like getting up so he told me it's best to just walk right in.

I fumble with the door nob until it opens, revealing Justin and another guy that looks like he's in his late thirties.

His facial structure looks oddly familiar to Justin's, you can tell that they're both somewhat related.

"Oh it's just Kate." Justin says once their eyes both land towards the front door. Just Kate.

"I can come back some other time?" I suggest, not wanting to intrude in their conversation.

"No it's fine, he was just leaving now anyways," Justin says looking at me and then he directs his focus back to the guy, "Dad this is Kate," he tells his dad and then he looks back at me, "Kate, this is my dad Jeremy."

Oh that's his dad. I've never met him before and Justin never talks about him so I just assumed that he wasn't around or that he passed away.

I walk towards them to give his dad a more proper introduction.
"Hi, it's nice to meet you." I smile at Jeremy.

"Same goes for you Kate, Justin has told me a couple of things about you." He replies. I hope that doesn't include the inappropriate stuff that we do.

"That's nice to hear." I decide to respond back.

"Yeah well I was about to leave. Justin, are you still coming to the dinner with us tonight?" Jeremy asks Justin.

"Yeah. Can Kate come?" He asks his dad.

"Yes of course she can."

"I can't... I'm having dinner with my dad today for father's day." I tell them.

"That's fine you can come after dinner if you don't mind. We're going to the restaurant pretty late anyway." Justin says while giving me a pleading look.

"Okay that's fine then." I respond.

"Great then I'll see you both there." Jeremy says.

We then all say our last good-byes as I watch Jeremy walk out of the door.
