Justin's POV.

It's only been a day since I've left but it feels like much more. Chaz and Ryan are both cool about me staying but I know that I'll have to go back soon since I didn't grab all of my stuff when I left.

My mom called me earlier to tell me that Kate's mom wanted to know where I was. I explained why I'm at Chaz and Ryan's apartment- leaving out some minor details. She understands why I left but she still thinks I should go back and work things out with Kate.

Why can't Kate try to work things out? It's her who caused this.

Well it was me as well since I was the idiot who admitted my feelings like a pussy, but it had to be done.

I can feel myself starting to have the need to go and see her or even call her but I'm just going to continue thinking of other things and to at least try to take her out of my mind.

"Are you guys still having a party tonight?" I ask both Chaz and Ryan who informed me of the party last night while they were trying to cheer me up.

"Yeah, why?" Ryan questions.

"Just wanted to know." I respond. Maybe this party is exactly what I need. As bad as it may sound, maybe this is a way to stop thinking about Kate.

Kate's POV.

Of course my parents have asked numerous times where Justin is. They've asked to the point where they're driving me crazy because of all the countless questions that they keep throwing at me.

They noticed that he hasn't been here and since they heard our argument during dinner, they thought it had something to do with us and they were right.

My mom called Pattie to see if she knew where he was, and it turns out that not even she knew he left the house. Pattie then hung up and after a few minutes, she called back and told us that he was staying at a friends house.

I know I have to do something about this and I will. I can't just let him leave without clearing this up. It's pointless of him to leave and I don't want him to.

I have waited all day for Rachel to get out of work because I don't have my license yet, only my restricted so I can't drive around anywhere by myself. I'm supposed to have my license by now but I never pass the test. So now that it's night time, Rachel finally shows up at my house so that she can take me over to where Justin is staying.

I remember us going to his friends, Chaz and Ryan's house real quick not long ago so it won't be hard to tell Rachel where to go.

"I'm outside" I quickly read Rachel's text before heading out.

I see her car in the driveway so I walk towards it and open the door to the passenger seat, climbing inside right after.

"Okay, tell me where to go." Rachel wastes no time in saying once I'm inside.
