Pamela sat on her couch waiting for Jonathan to come and pick her up. It was the day of the charity event and she was ready to help.
A knock sounded on her door.
"Coming!" She shouted, walking towards the door.

"Who you dressing up for?" Jonathan asked looking her body up and down.
"Myself" Pam laughed stepping outside then locking her door.
Jonathan nodded and lead her to his car.
Pam waited to see if he would open the door for her, no she didn't believe that men should always open a lady's door first, but on first dates she thought it showed if he cared.
As fate would have it, he didn't and Pam stood there looking dumbfounded.
Jonathan rolled down the passenger side window and looked at her stupidly, "what chu doing girl? You gonna get in the car or what?" He asked and laughed. Having the nerve to roll up the window, Pam scoffed and opened the car door.
The nerve of this boy, she thought. "I should've slammed your door." Pam mumbled pulling out her phone.
"What chu say?" He asked.
"I said I should've slammed your old paint peeling door." She said calmly as she continued to scroll threw Instagram.
"Why you did me like that? What I do? I'm getting that fixed tomorrow." He said cracking a small smile.
Jonathan could never keep a straight face, maybe that was his problem.
Pam laughed at him as he pouted.
"What I do though?" Jonathan asked confused.
She shook her head and decided to watch YouTube.
Jonathan peeked at her phone. "Oo pick that one." He said enthusiastically.
"Umm no, it might be entertaining and all but I try not to emerge myself in others peoples business." Pam stated scrolling pass it.
"You lying bruh you know you be looking at the shade room and all the other stuff." He said laughing at her arrogance.
"How? I said I try not to emerge myself not that I don't. It's a difference, of course I catch myself looking at that stuff laughing and wanting to know more but I try not to." Pam said laughing finally clicking on a natural hair video.
