Ophelia Ruth Ann Swan.

When Renee left Charlie, she took her precious baby with her, as her other daughter sat asleep in her crib, unaware to the chaos happening just one floor below her. Her mother had her a mere thirteen months after she had Bella. Renee was convinced that Charlie's love for their youngest child would be enough to suffice, the red haired woman couldn't find a motherly instinct over the baby within herself. 

Ophelia knew she was a mistake and she lived her entire childhood trying to escape it, always pushing herself harder and harder to be the perfect daughter. She was the child of another man that was not Charlie Swan. Her father, Charlie, explained it as Renee's drunken night out with her friends that she never meant to end the way it did.  Ophelia hoped her biological mother would one day come back and tell her how regretful she was for ever leaving her.  And her mother would apologize for leaving her upstairs that day, she would apologize for not being a good mother to her for all those years, she would apologize for leaving her there to be raised by a single father without her mother or sister.

Ophelia's day of redemption never came. Instead of her selfish mother, she got her even more selfish sister. That was the final straw for Ophelia when her father told her that Bella was being sent to live with them in Forks. Not only had her mother abandoned her at the mere age of four months, she was sending her "beloved" Bella to live with with them so she could travel with her new second husband. Ophelia dropped her charade and began to go down a hole that nobody knew if she would ever be able to escape.
