Sixteen a.k.a Finale

Today, was it. The last. My thoughts about it, I didn't know why I felt so blank, again. Daeul was busy looking at the mirror in the car. She looked very pretty. I faked a smile. "Hey, why do you look so down?" she asked. I laughed, "just the old memories.".

"Well, I know you'll find your happiness." she crossed her legs playing her app. I just nodded along with her words. We arrived at the site. I tried to push the memories away, but I remembered;

A moment that I will cherish and never forget.

I walked slowly to the set, sitting at the chair. Me and Minhyun made eye contact, I looked down. Minhyun just frowned and continued to tighten his neck tie. Daeul went to me. "Hey, sit at the front, you'll get a good view. I know you're uncomfortable behind the cameras." she asked me to stand up. Before I could say a word, she lift my chair letting me sit beside the main camera! What is wrong with her?

I looked down and just faked a smile.

"I hope this will end before my heart would be tortured more. Seeing my friend with him, hurts."

MINHYUN P.O.V

I smiled to Daeul. "Are you ready?" I linked arms with her. "Don't worry, Minhyun. The plan will go well." she chuckled. I looked at Y/N who looked down.

I stared at her more. Her dress was stylish, her face was already born with beauty and her smile something was wrong. It wasn't her sweet smile. She looks hurt.

What did she mean by it? She wanted it to be real? But it already happened?

She almost cried which worried me more.

Is it because of me.

I sighed in frustration. The shooting began and I was starting to do what had already been planned. I had the meal with her. Stare into her eyes, add some cheesy lines. "You're the happy ending of my life, don't you know that?" I wiggled my eyebrows and she chuckled.

Ah, I couldn't imagine how cute Y/N looks when she laughs- wait, why her?

I roller skate wither while dancing. "You are so cheesy." she commented. It went fine, but one thing that seems to bother me, was.

How different the mood and feelings was.

When Y/N and I did it, it felt so real-

We went to the small table and it was where the box was. I was bothered by Y/N. GOSH, SHE IS BOTHERING MY MIND. "Ah, Minhyun? Is this for me?" she woke me up from daydreaming. I nodded with a smile. She opened the box and gasped.

Immediately, she hugged me so tight. I looked at Y/N who still looked sad staring at Daeul. Then, I heard a voice whispering into my ear.

"If you like her, go get her. Give her this necklace and confess," Daeul whispered while holding me tight. "Wait, what?" my tone was off.

"When you look in each other's eyes, its like the same from movies. You are about to loose. I know you can do it, Minhyun. Don't worry about me, i'm fine. But my bestie isn't, she likes you. And I know you do to." she let go of me with a warm smile. Her back was blocking the camera.

She pulled out my hand and softly put the necklace nicely on my hands. I puzzled at her action. "I hope you two live a happy life. I am not your happy ending, but she is." she pointed at Y/N. I could see Y/N getting confused.

I nodded at Daeul with full confidence in me.

"I'd like to male an announcement, that sometimes in life."

"You found the person."

"That you know you will love and hold her on your hands forever in life."

"But, it was a mistake."

"Because, actually the one you love."

"Was the one that always had your back."

"Always taught you which path to go."

"Always been there by your side through thick and thin."

"But, once you hurt her feelings, she slowly drifts away."

"I didn't know the feeling of love, real love."

"Except when I first laid eyes on you years ago."

"The one that was beautiful in and out."

"I experienced real love not through some reality show, but face to face."

I lend a hand helping her to stand up. She smiled, didn't know what to do. She stood up slowly. I brang her in front of the camera.

"Why me?" she asked.

"Because you are the greatest person that I'll love in my future." I laughed.

She laughed along then her expression was serious.

"Wait, we are in front of camera." she said, but I pulled her closer. "Not now, Minhyun." she scold me.

"Right now is the perfect time, because."

"I want to let the world know, that you are- forever."

"Mine."

Before she could continue, our lips connected. It was a desire I waited for so long. She was someone I wanted to chase for so long. I could see the crowd around us clapping. Now, we were together.

"I love you, Minhyun."
