I woke up to a bright light and a sharp pain in my head I looked at my arm and saw tubes coming out of my arm. I tried to recall the events that led me to be in the hosptial.I remember following Viola to the strip club where she worked and telling her to leave. Her manger wasn't to happy about that and we got in a figth. Great Viola thinks i'm a fool now. I looked down at my stomach most likely where the stiches were. Then I saw black hair. 

"Viola?" She got up and her long black hair flowed off my bed and I saw brown roots. She was a brunnet, why dye it black. I'm sh=ure she looked fine with brown hair. Honestly I think she would look good with any type of hair she could have jet blue hair and she would look good. 

" Hm " She got up and looked at me her eyes were non longer bright purple but fadded and depressing. She had dark circles under her eyes and her hir was a mess but damn did she still look good. 

" Oh my God Ash you're alive" She jumped on top of me hugging me tight and she started to cry. I started to stroke her hair and hushed her holding her rocking softly. 

" I'm so sorry Ash I've been up all these days waiting for you to wake up im so sorry Ash". What?! Days how long have she been here. Matter of fact how long have I been in here? 

" Wait here I have to go get the doctor" Really have long have I been here.? 

A few minutes later a tall man walked in my room with Viola. she sat next to me and grabbed my hand shockingly. 

" Hey Ash glad to see you're awake how are you.?" He was at least in his mid thirties. 

" Good, i'm still confused on how I got here but i'm fine" Viola tightened her grip on me. 

" You don't remember" 

I shook my head , I mean I know I got in a fight but besides that everything went into a blurr. 

" When you punched the man in the face he attacked you , punched you in the face , he swung you across the room and you hit your head pretty hard. He stabbed you but before he could do anything else the cops came. You were in a coma for 5 days you are very lucky Viola called the cops , you wouldnt be here right now , you are a very lucky boy"he looked at viola and she smiled weakly. I held her hand tighter. 

" Very lucky ," he looked at Viola " Did you eat anything yet sweetie.?" 

" No this is the only time I really left the room" She's been by my side the entire time. 

" Judging by those bags I;m guessing you didn't sleep either did you". She shook her head. She didn't eat or sleep becase of me.? Why ? She clearly doesn't want me she proved that back at the school five days ago. 

" I'll be back in a few minutes to ask Ash some questions. Are you going to stay here Viola.? There is a cafe down by the lobby if you're hungry" 

" I'll stay thank you Dr.Mangold " .She sat on my bed and grabbed me she put my head on her shoulder and played with my hair running her soft fingers through it getting all the knots. Then I fealt some tears run down my forehead. 

" Why would you come after me Ash I'm so sorry its my fault. This is all because of me" I grabbed her and put her head on my lap and started stroking her hair softly. 

" Sh calm down , I just wanted to make sure you were okay , the way you left me there at school, I just wanted to get to know you, you interest me you know?" She stayed quiet she thought I was a stalker for sure. 

" You're so lucky I prayed I never go to God for help".I realized she been here for 5 days no sleep , no food she was tired, I sahould take her out to eat at least. 

" Go to sleep so I can take you out to eat and take you home.Does your parents know you're here ?"She closed her eyes and a tear rolled down her cheek and I wipped it off staring at her. 

" Ash my parents aren't alive"

Viola P.O.V

" Ash my parents aren't alive" Shit why would I say that , I fealt him stiffen up under me and I knew I made a major mistake. I got up and started gathering my things. 

" Im sorry Ash I have to go I'm happy you're alive and I'll see you in school when you leave the hospital".I kissed him on the cheek, and turned around to leave and he grabbed my arm and pulled me in close he whispered 

" Don't leave me again" Then he crushed his lips on mine.I kissed him back softly and I ran my fingers through his hair. I layed on his bed next to him and he wrappe his arm around me. 

No this is the one thing I didn't want to do get attached to him. But how couldn't I get attached. These past few days watching him talk in his sleep and his nightmares tuant his dreams. Why did he come for me? I'm not worth it am I?Everything was so fast Emil was on top of him so quick, the police where there quick too. They need alot of police downtown. He seemed so scared when he saw me there. But why?. I never left his side since we arrived he had to go into surgey to stich up the wound. Waitied 2 hours it had to be deep, he hit his head so hard, a coma for 5 days, wow has it been that long, Then I realized I had no job , and the rent was late, my lights were out most likely. 

Maybe I can let him into his life I just have to try to not tell him about Steve...
