Staff Escape the Night

Episode 6 - Expedition Chaos

Previously on Escape the Night. Henrry blames Kalani for everybody's death. He attacks Kalani, but Alex and Llama come to his aid. The minotaur attacks the group. It is stopped in its tracks by Cindy. She tells the group that they must collect the bull's horns. They do, but to finish cleansing the artifact, somebody must die. Kalani and Henrry are voted in, but Henrry loses. The group is forced to throw him into a brazen bull, and burn him alive.

Weeks before the guests arrived... "Where did they go," Melissa whispers to herself. She is in a huge office with papers scattered everywhere. She keeps looking at torn up tents and shoes. "They couldn't have just disappeared."

Just weeks ago, her brother had gone on a hike up Mt. Everest. Him and his group never returned, the only things left were their torn up camp site.

The hooded figure walks into the room and taps Melissa on the shoulder. She turns around and sees him, he is holding out a humanoid artifact, with blood red eyes.

"I can show you what happened to them," the hooded man says. "All you have to do is touch it's blood eyes."

Melissa touches the blood eyes, and her eyes glow red. "Come to the amusement park on opening day," the hooded man says.

On opening day Melissa arrives and goes to the Expedition Everest ride. The employees there let her enter before anybody else can get on. She enters the mountain of the ride, and travels to an open cave that the coaster runs through. She finds a torn campsite, and her brothers body.

Thump. She hears behind her. She hears a terrifying roar and turns around to see a monster. Her eyes convulse, and are blinded by the curse from the artifact. She stumbles and walks out of the cave. She runs up to the peak of the mountain and the monster jumps in front of her, grabbing her by the neck and howling a horrible howl before crushing her neck.

She has summoned the Yeti.

"What the hell was that?" Alex says.

"We didn't step in it's section yet," Kalani says.

A note pops out of a table and Guy grabs it and reads it. The Rules have been changed for this section. The Yeti is already summoned, and is now roaming the streets of the park.

"Oh so they cheated," Llama says.

Kalani - At this point I'm not surprised. They have thrown twists into almost every single challenge, so the fact that they are twisting up the summoning doesn't shock me at all.

"Let's go to his ride," Amelia says. "He's already summoned so might as well just go." The group agrees and runs outside.

The whole park is cold, and thick with an icy fog.

Amelia - It is impossible to see where we are going. And soon, we hear thumping.

The Yeti stands taller than the fog, and begins to walk towards the guests.

"Oh god!" Llama screams.

"Oh my god!" Lizzie screams. "Absolutely not! Absolutely not!"

The group takes off running, they can barely make out the peak of the mountain, so they run that way. They get there and run under the arch and into the ride. They lock the doors so that they are safe.
